Wow! I can't say enough about Trinity Jewellers work! I brought in a jewelry piece to be repaired and the work was EXCELLENT and reasonably priced. It came back to be fixed, cleaned and polished, and looking brand new! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Honest, knowledgeable and very nice individuals! Great price to restore my wife's engagement ring. Looks better than when I purchased it new at Birks in 1986! They told me 7 to 10 days, and it was ready in 6! Couldn't be happier with my decision to bring the ring to Trinity. My highest recommendation. Dave B.

I've been going there for years. Lovely people, great service, great price for repair work. I recently went in to look at Anniversary bands. I gave Lan a breif idea of what I wanted and I out the door ring on my hand in 10 minutes.

Trinity is amazing! I brought my engagement ring to be sized on a Tuesday midday and it needed to go from an 8 to a 5.so major work. Lan was honest about the large amount of work required and gave me a good understanding of all scenarios. I had asked if it could be done for Friday as we have plans where the ring is the VIP and she said she would do her best.
Well, at 11am the NEXT DAY, Lan called me and said me ring was already done!:) super speedy and kind service - Definitely recommend!

10/10 would recommend this jewelry store. My fiancé and I went to Trinity Jewellers for wedding bands. The staff were very helpful and were an extreme pleasure to deal with. They made options possible to us that were not available to other jewelry stores in the HRM. We will definitely be returning for more jewelry in the future.

I am SO impressed with this store! I had been looking all over the place at the big jewelry chain stores. No one could help me and no one seemed to care, so I thought to try an individual store and WOW! What a difference! Trinity did an amazing job with a custom piece of Jewelry they designed for us. Very friendly staff, easy to work with and amazing staff!

They did incredible work on a creating a new ring from an old inherited diamond ring that my mom has been wanting to have done for years. My mom couldn't be happier. This is an amazing family business and I trust them with all of my jewelry needs.

I have loved trinity for a long time for many reasons but customer service being among the top. They also make and sell beautiful things. They have fixed many of my pieces of jewelry (probably more than I care to admit) but have also made some unique pieces for me by re-purposing some of my old jewelry. Finding someone you can trust with your valuables is hard so glad I found them. Lan and Thien get all my referrals and all my fixes. ;). Some examples of the pieces they made for me and fixed for me.

I was not impressed with service. I brought in an earring that needed a post replaced. Instead of telling me the cost of the repair, I was given a range- and, of course, was later charged the higher price. When I said I didn’t want to pay for the earrings to be polished, the second earring was abruptly handed back to me. The repair was fine, though the posts on the repaired earring is much shorter than the original one.

As a former retail jewelry professional, I can say Trinity provides excellent customer service with knowledgeable, courteous staff and accomplished jewelry craftsmen. They undertook and delivered several excellent gold repairs and created gemstone and diamond earrings using both customer and store supplied stones. They even used my scrap gold to create a custom pendant. I highly recommend them.

We brought an emerald engagement ring here to be repaired. They did a great job for a reasonable price and were so friendly. We returned again to purchase wedding bands and had a second stellar customer service experience. Very patient and very careful to ensure we fully understood our options and had a good visual of what we were ordering. I returned here a third time to have a very old ring with seven teeny tiny emeralds that belonged to my grandmother resized and restored. We will definitely be returning again for our future jewelry needs.
