Very disappointing. Very slow service, food was underwhelming. Dessert was barely enough for a 2 year old. Next time I’ll try Govenors.

We had the lobster Mac and cheese and seafood linguini and they tasted perfect. Service was quick and personal was friendly.

I had a friend in town and wanted to impress him so I took him to Trio. The place was hopping and everyone was enjoying the unique vibe of this restaurant (not a lot of places like this in Sydney). I knew the seafood risotto would be a hit and my guest couldn't believe the taste, presentation and quality of his meal. Viv, our waitress, was amazing and attentive and after dinner, I had to go and thank the chef (Gerard) and tell him what a great job they did and another guest was doing the same thing. Great work Trio, I'll be back.

Amazing food, amazing drinks, amazing atmosphere, and, above all, amazing service. I have yet to have a bad waitress here, and I went from being fussy on lobster to loving it because of the lobster mac and cheese here! I ordered the Lobster Mac and Cheese and a Killer Kool-Aid (an alcoholic beverage). My father ordered the Lobster Mac and Cheese as well and ordered a Coke. Both of us agreed that it was absolutely amazing, delicious, very cheesy and the lobster was perfectly cooked and tender. The Killer Kool-Aid was perfectly mixed and had a not too strong alcoholic taste. I ordered a cosmopolitan (another alcoholic beverage) afterwards which was very nice and had a moderate, yet enjoyable, alcoholic taste. The waitress serving us continually checked up on us to see if our food was good and if we needed anything. It was easy to call her over to ask for another drink as well. Even with our slightly expensive bill, which was definitely worth it for the quality and quantity of our food, drinks, and the service given to us for the night, my dad, who payed for the meals, gave the waitress a $10 tip. The atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful as well. We will definitely return and I recommend coming here if you can, because you certainly won't regret it!:)

Very nice atmosphere in this hotel restaurant. The food is very good and there is some variety. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The seafood chowder was one of the best I've ever had and Aaron the bartender was very attentive. I had the Blackened Haddock, which was fantastic as well. I highly recommend this modern restaurant if you're looking for great seafood in Sydney.

Had a reservation for March 25 for 3 people at 6 pm. Birthday celebration. Upon arrival our 3 person was unable to attend. We were placed at a table for 2 that made me feel like we were sitting at a child's picnic table in lawn chairs at the entrance to the restaurant. Extremely uncomfortable for a 66 year old couple. When asked for a larger table we were told nothing was available. Hard to believe since we had a reservation for 3. The food was good, service was good. But that's all. This was supposed to be a dining experience not a pininic. Time to ditch the pininic tables and treat quests as grown adults with a real table to enjoy thie dining experience. Won't be back here anytime soon, especially with the other restaurants in Sydney catering to their quests in an adult way.

The wife and I went for a make up valentines date. She had the beef tips and I had the beef sirloin. The food tasted great and came quick. However the starch was larger then expected and the meat on the sirloin was a little smaller then expected for 35 dollars. The drinks were good, service was welcoming. Over all a good place slightly over priced and the decor comes off as a diner trying too hard to be modern.

Another superb meal. But due to weather conditions during the week it took us four days to get it.
My only complaint is that the washroom has no paper towels. I refuse to touch that grimy door handle to get out. The bathroom has a huge trash container with nothing to put in it. It's 2023. Paper towels please.

Went for supper with my friend! The place is awesome and our waiter Troy was so professional and all his suggestions were top notch
