My first check-up for my new Mazda CX-5 went very well. My 8: 00 am appointment on Monday October 23 was very successful. I was impressed that the staff were prompt with a fresh pot of coffee in the customer waiting area. I was alerted to the fact that although my vehicle indicated it was days away from requiring a service call, I could have waited much longer. The service was very efficient.

I highly recommend this dealership. Alijah was great to deal with. Had a bit of an adventure getting out of my old lease, but Alijah helped all the way through. Avoid all the forced, inflated fees and low trade offers at the Metro dealers, take a trip to Truro Mazda. Enjoying my new '24 Mazda3.

I have to (Retract) a Review that I posted on June, 14,2022 in
Regards of been charged for a brake Inspection!
Well there was a big misunderstanding (A Faulure to Communicate)
The Srevcie Manager Anthony explained it to me this morning and
reimburse me fully for the charge. I probably should have spoken up instead of writting a review, because the Service People at Truro Mazda
are good people and easy to deal with. Anthony also told me that he is going to check with Mazda and try to find out why Remote App doesn't work on my 2020 Mazda CX30 which I really appreciate.
So folks there you have it Good Service from Good People.
License Plate is looking good on the front of the Mazda. Anthony at Truro Mazda did a fantastic job buffing and shining up the car. A huge thank you goes out to him.

Whole experience has been amazing can’t recommend enough! The sales team made everything so easy and I have been in the service department (for 2 flat tires) and they are awesome. Very responsive team, you could not ask for more.

The service department were very kind and helpful when I stopped in. I did not have an appointment, but a 2 hr drive on a rainy day and was concerned about my tires. They fit me in, did a throughout check and when I left was comfortable and confident that the first safety point of contact on that drive was in A1 condition. Thank you for the awesome customer service!

Alijah took a very stressful situation for me and made it not stressful at all! I purchased a car, it came 1.5 weeks sooner than he originally told me, and it was a matter of just switching the plates. He knew how stressed I was and took it on for himself, making the process fun for myself! He was extremely inclusive to my dog, Leonard - ensuring that the vehicle was not only a fit for myself, but her too.:)
