Truro Nissan

I showed up this afternoon with an error message on my dash. I live in Halifax and usually deal with O’Regan’s Dartmouth. Wow. These are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. They took the absolute best care of me here and I will be coming back for servicing from now on. I’m just blown away with their customer service. I cried after calling O’Regan’s Dartmouth, so I will be travelling to Truro just for maintenance, as my experience has truly been wonderful. Thank you to everyone here that has been so great to me and turned these tears into smiles.:)

Biggest bunch of pathetic scammers who make it their job to create expensive problems. Very shady weasels. This is the nicest version.

Good selection. Hard to get someone to help look at vehicles. Ended up buying elsewhere due to the customer service.

This is a great dealership. While visiting the east coast I stopped for regular service work. The technicians found a serious problem in my steering linkage. They brought it to my attention and we made arrangements for the work to be done. It was. The work was covered by warranty and was taken care of quickly. Thank you Truro Nissan, you most likely saved the lives of my wife and me.

We needed a new (to us) vehicle, and we decided to go with a pre-owned Qashqai from Truro Nissan. Turns out it was the right decision, because I can’t say enough good things about our experience.

Upon arriving, Blake greeted us, offered us beverages, and gave us the run down of all the features of our vehicle. He was so kind and easy to talk to, and also very knowledgeable about the vehicle itself and was able to clarify anything we came across during the test drive that we didn’t fully understand.

After meeting with Blake, we met with Larissa to sign all of the paperwork and to go over the warranties and perks that we were eligible for (which actually turned out to be a lot of perks!) and after a nice conversation with her, we were on our way out the door with our new vehicle. She was awesome, and she even invited us to their staff BBQ for lunch as it was noon on a Friday.

While we were in the office signing off on the vehicle, Blake had pulled it up in front of the dealership so we got to drive off the platform and into the sunset (haha), we thought that was a really nice touch!

We were absolutely blown away by their helpfulness, kindness, and attention to detail to make our experience as smooth and pleasant as possible.

We have never owned a Nissan before, but after our experience here, we’ve agreed that when it comes time to upgrade, we’ll be going straight to Truro Nissan! We love our Qashqai and would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle, new or used!

Amazing customer service, had a few little/odd things come up with my kicks and they made sure everything was done to fix them. They really went above and beyond the “norm”. I travelled from Halifax to buy my car and will continue to go back. Thank you for all the extras!

Tried to get service here for my Nissan Versa Note SL multiple times.first time they did not call back to give3 me an estimate, then when I called them back and made the appointment they didn't even fix my car. I wanted my cigarette lighter replaced and they couldn't even do it. They ordered in the wrong part and did ZERO follow up to rectify the situation. I called back, and emailed, with no response. The car was brand new to me and still under warranty and the part would have been paid for by the dealership but they did not even try to help me replace it before the warranty was up. Now its up and i cant get it free. They left tools and garbage in my car that my toddler picked up and almost smashed my window with. A very strange looking screwdriver. I will never go back.

Was back to Truro Nissan last week. As always more great service, respectful, friendly & very helpful! Mason McNutt ensured I got expert auto care! I even got a cash wash! Fabulous service Truro Nissan
