Had a recall. Just wished i knew that it was going to take 3 hrs. I waited in the waiting room and had a coffee.

I stopped in without an appointment.
I needed a whole windshield wiper arm. Amber Muise and Jeff Williams took care of me efficiently and professionally.what a great service department.highly recommended

Honest, easy to deal with, I would buy or have any vehicle serviced here. Bought a ranger 1 year ago had minor electrical issues and they fixed it in a timely manner and provided a loaner. Buying the truck was effortless as well no tactics, I liked the truck, I bought the truck with a few aftermarket additions I wanted and drove out

I am a first time owner of a Ford product, and so far am really happy with the service there. Had my vehicle rust checked with undercoat and they did a fantastic job. They did spray off access spray. However Not sure if anything could help the windshield from the over spray as it is still hard to see clearly out of it even though I have washed it a couple of times, a film is over it, and hard to get off.

When my car died driving through the area on a road trip from Ontario, the service team went above and beyond to help me get home. Such kindness I won't forget. Thank you!

I went there to get the Nova Scotia inspection for my truck. You booked me for 8 am appointment and you spend 6 hours to pull 3 tires and charges me almost $390, then you told me that you are going to order the brakes, I did wait 3 weeks and you never called me back. When I called asking for the parts nobody knows anything about it so I decided to get the parts, I made a phone call and I did order them in 8 minutes and I got the parts the day after. Now the "deal" is that you are charging me again for a inspection that wasn't done right because I never saw the report that supposed to come with. The shop manager told me that they did a visual inspection that means that I spent almost $1000 dollars for parts that doesn't need to be replaced

I really appreciate the option to have my car picked up, serviced, and returned during the workday!

This past week (April 2022) I was going back and forth with Sales rep Ritchie, and today we signed the deal. I just want to say thanks to Ritchie and the Tusket Ford staff. This was the first dealership encounter that I enjoyed. There were no sales tactics or extra fluff in the conversations - just an honest business transaction.

Tusket Ford has to best service i have ever experienced out of all the other brand vehicles i have ever owned, from Chrysler to Honda to GM. Tusket Ford topped them all by far. I am sold on Tusket Ford and have been telling all my friends on my experience.

Very good service experience. Not badgered by car sales people while the car was in for service. As we had a receipt showing the recalled part is something we had already had replaced, and paid for, we were provided with a reimbursement cheque from FoMoCo. Needed to follow up with accounts person at dealership to make sure this happened.

Great Service & Dealership. Would highly recommend them, as we have been dealing there for years. Even if a problem arises, it is always resolved. Thanks Team Tusket Ford!

They are amazing to deal with. The truck was making noise and we didnt want to drive it. We got ahold of someone.they had a wrecker come with a courtesy vehicle. And took ours to get looked at. All on a Saturday! They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are looked after. Highly recommended!

Wow! What a great experience. The team at Tusket Ford made it easy for me to get my new F-150.
