Awesome shows this summer, as always! World class theatre, in an outdoor setting. Not to be missed!

We attended the Wind in the Willows recently. What a delightful and lively production! The play was set by a pond and players were actually in the water at various times! Ken Schwartz’s interpretation of the original story was clever and paid homage to the original story in its exploration of various facets of human nature and friendship. We loved seeing how the characters were brought to life, especially Toad, Otter (she was hilarious!), Badger, Mole and Rat.
The inclusion of ASL interpretation was especially innovative in that the interpreters actually stood next to, acted with and followed around their characters a bit! They seemed to be having fun and I’m certain that anyone needing to rely on sign to enjoy the production would have been really delighted in how they participated in this instance.
It was a lovely evening and as always, worth the drive to Ross Creek!

Sunday afternoon we saw Wind in the Willows. Fabulous actors, beautiful setting and lovely story. There were people ages 8 to 80 in the audience and everyone was captured by the story. I loved it and would highly recommend this theatre company

We saw both Wind in the Willows and Antigone in the same evening. Entirely different types of plays and we enjoyed both of them. Very impressed by how the same actors got laughs as the effervescent friends in Wind in the Willows and then turned around to eloquently express tragedy, sorrow and darkness in Antigone. Bravo.

We enjoyed Antigone by Fire last evening. It was a powerful and evocative performance.
