Great location for service! Had my phone with a new screen within the hour. Normally, a two plus hour wait and they are busy, but they are efficient, and the phone (S23 Ultra) looks brand new again. Mustafa and his team are on the ball!

I had the pleasure to deal with Tony J today, he fixed my phone fast and got me back on the road within a couple hours! Great service!

Had a minor issue with my PC that I couldn't figure out myself. The guys at dartmouth crossing got to it very quickly and didn't charge me because it was a simple problem and quick fix, so was covered under their free diagnostics. Highly recommended!

Went in because my 21+ wasn't charging properly. I had tried to clean it out myself with a toothpick and compressed air but it still wasn't working properly. Raj knew right away that something was blocking it and had it fixed within 5 mins free of charge! I would highly recommend!

Needed the back glass/cover replaced on my Pixel 6. They got the part in a day. Then, it was fixed in under 2 hours after I dropped it off at the store.

Work phone was dropped and screen was busted, we do all our work orders and safety forms using the phone. I walked in and they had my phone back in 2 hrs.

These guys are great! Great service, great price and I never have to wait long to get the phones back.

My second repair here, this time it was a pixel5 with a broken screen. They had it back together and in my hands less than 2 hours later, fast, friendly, good service.

I went in there today because my iPhone wasn’t charging. They cleaned the charging port and refused payment! It is my second time that I have visited this company and both times they have been extremely professional and courteous. Highly recommend them

Great friendly service! Phone repair shops can sometimes feel sketchy, definitely the most legit outfit I've seen! 100% recommend as a first option for any electronic repairs.

They were very kind, and they helped fix my problem faster then expected! They also were nice enough to be very flexible with when I could come by.

Left phone with non functional power switch on Monday about 50 bucks. Told part would arrive tuesday and it would be fixed. I called them tuesday.no part, would be fixed wed. I called them wed.wrong part arrived try for thursday. Went to store on thursday.told it was no the 50 power button, would need to replace front half of phone for about 200 bucks. Phone is now dead, ie they did not charge it, so no way to revive it and get stuff off of it. I took the phone back. So no calls to me for updates and it seems that their idea of troubleshooting is simply to guess and try different parts?

Managed to someone how crack my phone really bad from such a minor fall, so i was told to come into this shop since they do great work, & oh boy they do! Phone looks brand new, they're so friendly & non judgemental which means a lot from an anxious person like me who knows nothing about tech, & it was pretty speedy! Thanks guys!

Brought in my daughters tablet that had a broken headphone stuck in the jack and they managed to get it out and didn't charge me anything! Definitely recommend!

No charge for diagnosing my iPhone speaker as broken… and now I know I wasn’t going deaf! I appreciated the quick service and the kind employees. He cleaned my speakers and made a suggestion to report to Apple as the specific repair issue is not common or inexpensive. Time to upgrade my phone, I guess

I brought my kids ps4 here to be fixed, they were great and reasonably priced. Today I brought my kids iPad that wouldn't turn on, and they fixed it for no charge. Great place, will definitely come back.

I was totally blown by fast and convenient service. Getting the screen repair price quote and booking appointment was so easy. They only took about 40 minutes and I had my device back in hand on the same day. Will absolutely recommend their service.

PS4 controller L3 toggle was jamming up. Brought it in for a tear down & clean. Was fixed up and working perfectly in less than 24 hours. No charge!

Was very affordable and within a day I have my iPad fixed. The Apple store would’ve cost me at least 400 they charged me 2. Also getting my PlayStation fixed now. Excellent customer service thanks again!

Got told I would have to send it away for 2 weeks and possibly never get it back at Best Buy geek squad went over to you fix I buy and they sorted it out same day and got the piece I needed in a week later for a permanent fix.

Jordan answered both my questions. I'm coming back for battery install into my one phone and he diagnosed problems with my other new phone my Samsung. Great place to deal with recommend any phone, tablet etc issues, cracked screen, strange behaviour in your item I strongly believe that will get you looked after.
One bonus is the location many times they can fix while you shop at Dartmouth Crossing.

I recently got a quote from a competitor to fix my phone and they mentioned that they don't use genuine parts, luckily I decided to do some research and found Ubreakifix, as the authorized Samsung repair centre they use genuine parts and the best part is the price was the same. I was extremely satisfied with the service, the staff and the overall level of professionalism, don't hesitate to bring your devices here for service.

I called today after having a bunch of problems with a new phone. Brandon helped me so much. We couldn't resolve everything so he asked me to come back tomorrow when some others are working. I had to bring my daughter with and he gave her a treat bag. Super nice, professional and knowledgeable

I was in a jam this morning, 2 days before Christmas. My cell phone being the only form of communication I have with family, and the only device to take pictures, I was scared I wouldn't have a phone till after Christmas. I dropped my phone for the 800th time this year-this time it didn't wake up and its battery was beyond low. I searched for close to me shops, and I called UBreakIFix and they answered my questions quickly, gave me a 2 hour service time and I could pick it up around 12: 30. I dropped it off-signed my phone in and they called me at 11: 40 and told me it was ready to be picked up. It was not only fixed but had a charged battery! I can't even begin to express how happy I am-I forgot my charger at home as well! I live over an hour away and this is the last day I work in the city until the new year!

I went into the store to fix my telephone and brandon and rajan were amazing. It's one of the best customer service I have ever experienced my sim card was jammed and I couldn't get it out. They were able to get it out quickly and also the best part is it didn't cost me anything and I recieved alot advice on how to troubleshoot my phone and they are more than willing to help me with any problems I have. I highly recommend these guys.
