I went to get my iPhone 13 back glass fixed, they just had to order the part (it took two days to arrive). Then they fixed it right away! Talked to Noah and Devon on the phone and they were very pleasant! Devon was my sales associate and he was so nice and helpful, easy to talk to! Thank you guys so much! Process was easy, staff was friendly.
They are obvious professionals who know what they are doing. Will use oem parts when possible, reapply phone adhesives, and can even do solder reflow on game consoles.

Awesome customer service, very quick turn around. Had a broken phone screen fixed within 24hrs of it crapping out!

I'm not going to go into details however it was a terrible experience filed a complaint with Samsung warranty and seen my lawyer

I was in the unfortunate situation of needing a new screen, booked an appointment online, they had the parts in stock, even short staffed I had my phone fixed and back to me in a few hours. Kyle did a fantastic job, recommend 100% for screen repair.

They changed the screen and battery. Phone calls had no sound so I took it back and they said my motherboard was gone. It worked before I brought it in, now it doesn’t. Spectacularly poor service. Don’t waste your money.

When my daughter dropped her iphone and smashed the screen I thought I’d be buying a new phone. I was so glad to hear of this service through a friend. They provided great service with a very quick turn around time for the repair. Hopefully I won’t need to go back again but definitely would if needed.
