I recently has a massage here, based on the recommendation of a friend and was pleasantly surprised. Jess was my masseuse and was wonderful. They respected my comfort level and communicated gentle but clearly about the process. It has a small business feel so I can definitely understand the no guests in the waiting room rule. The hot towel and heated beds were great. Many places can feel quite clinical, whereas urban retreat truly feels like a spa experience. I will be back. (Also the person at reception was very sweet and they both checked in on my experience to make sure I was satisfied)

An Inviting space with friendly office staff made me feel welcome right away. Amy’s full body massage was over the top. One of the best I have experienced. She was attentive to my specific needs and effective at releasing muscle tension so that I felt completely restored by the end of the session. Highly recommend!

Great experience! I booked a body and head massage as a surprise for my partner and the staff were so helpful in keeping it a surprise (eg. They took my contact information so they didn't call him to confirm the appointment; let him fill out the intake form upon arrival instead of in advance)! He said his massage was amazing and the best he's had. He's had a very physically demanding past few weeks and he said that all of his tension and muscle pain is gone.

Wonderful experience! Amazing staff. Good ambiance. It was much needed for my body to get relaxed after my pregnancy. Maria did such a good job in my 45 minutes session.

Nicole is such an intuitive, lovely therapist. I hadn’t expected her to use stones, oils or incorporate head massage, hot towels. It was nothing like I’ve ever experienced and I have to say, it was fantastic! Thank you so much Nicole!

Just had my first massage in the first time in quite a while and omg was it ever good! Amy was really nice and she did a fantastic job! Definitely will go back and would love to have her again in the future. The lady at the front desk was also really nice as well!
