I have used matt twice now and he is very knowledgeable and reliable. Recently I had no water on a friday night. I called him and he was at my home in 20 mins.amazing! Fixed the issue and was on his way.very thankful.

Matt responded to an ad for help on a local community page less than an hour after it was posted for a slow draining kitchen sink.

He then made plans to come out the next morning (on a Saturday). He let me know when he was on the way and showed up promptly after he called.

He was pleasant, professional and got the job done quickly and made sure to triple check it was fixed before he left. He even called to follow up to make sure everything was still working great a couple days later.

Ask for an amount up front because I was charged $1000.00 for two hours work that I could have done myself. Materials would not have added up to any more than 200.00 with 50% mark-up. Very disappointed in this company. Please see images.

You say five hours and four trips. You live eight minutes away. During your first trip, you told me you had to visit two other jobs one on Shelley Crescent and one in E Petpeswick. Then, you were back twice, once for 15 minutes. I wanted you to itemize your invoice and you refused. Everyone who saw your bill says you were outrageous. (Even the other guys working here) You told me in a reply email that you made 143.50 an hour for that trip. I have the email. You are not worth 143.50 an hour and I am not stupid.

Matt installed a deep pump and all the necessary equipment to get tje water from a nenw drilled well. He used his creativity tonrun the water lines in the house without dammaging the finished walls. It was a very satisfying and positive experience. I used his services before many times and I will continue to enjoy his services in the future. He is also a local plumber from East Chezzetcook which is very important to me to encourage local businesses.
