Make sure to get your car fact on any vehicle being purchased from them. The vehicle we got was in an accident and we were never told. When we reached out to them, all we were asked is if we are having any issues with it. No resale value whatsoever. We could have bought a good crashed vehicle for a quarter of the price we paid for the one we purchased, if we had know we have have made a different choice.

I recently bought a 2023 F-150 Lightning XLT. Ford recently reduced the price of these trucks by $10,000 and now it qualifies for $8,000 in rebates from the government. I was very lucky to have bought one when I did. The week they lowered the price they had 2 trucks landing on the lot that week. They were both sold by the end of the week. The truck is amazing and I get around 350 kilometres per charge. The power this truck has is mind blowing. I suggest if you are in the market for a truck you seriously give the F-150 Lightning a test drive. You will not be disappointed.

I went to into ford today, to find a part for my car, even though they couldn't find the part. The customer service representatives I spoke with were extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction to find the part.

Rob Allen, one of the sales reps, helped me with some problems I was having with the digital system on my Escape. He couldn't have been kinder.

The staff was great to deal with was disappointed with quality of work. We purchased a used car on MVI and discovered 2 bolts holding exhaust pipe together were missing. Love the car pleased with all workers we delt with but needs little more quality control.

Technician was great, unfortunately I paid $ 508.00 to be told that the new Ford part (Transfer Case Motor) I had put in weeks prior to this visit as the code suggested, was faulty. I have since replaced it with a new one replaced by Bruce Ford only to still not have the problem fixed. I have no 4x4 and don't know where to go or what to do with it and can't afford another appointment at the dealership.

I was car shopping, left messages to many dealers and Andy Smith from Valley Ford was quick to respond. No pressure buying and he took the time to explain everything about the vehicle. Also the delivery right down to the financing was hassle free and quick.

If you’re a women, please take someone with you if you’re going in to purchase a vehicle. Better yet. AVOID this place. The two sales managers can’t be trusted! Neil talks down to women and talks over over you when you try to explain something, also name calling and belittling women. Hudson just lies and can’t be trusted. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership!
