Come to the ER during the day -> get treated like an animal in a factory farm
Come to the ER at night -> better bring a pillow and expect to get no information about what's going on with you
This place only gets 2 stars because unlike Soldiers Memorial, I imagine someone on staff would be able to perform CPR without having to call a volunteer fire department.

Saw two different old man doctors here back to back because nobody would take me and spinal injury seriously and they kept turning me away and now I have permanent nerve damage that could have been avoided. Especially “doctor” Morgan. If he can’t see your pain with his eyes then he’ll tell you it doesn’t exist.

ER nurses were lovely and attentive and took my concerns seriously. I received treatment and testing promptly and I felt reassured by their care.
