I worked with Dr. Emma and her team. The support staff are lovely to work with and the team practices a very high quality of veterinary medicine. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a vet or cat boarding in the area.

Wonderful and friendly staff, every last one. They gave me lots of great info for keeping my new kitten happy and healthy for a long time, and treated him excellently!

Really is a shame that this vet is horrible and disrespectful to her employees. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Also deletes her bad reviews. Really is shameful.

Recently arrived in HRM. When I called every vet in the area to compare typical wait times vs price vs accommodations, Vetcetera was the clear winner and I have no regret bringing in our two cats.
The vet techs are very nice, and Dr Emma is very reliable. She's stubborn in the right way, honest, and cares about getting the best quality treatment for your animal and discusses prices openly.
I can understand if she rubs some people the wrong way, but seeing as it's a vet clinic I'm there for my pet's care and it's only been the best.
