My wife and I bought a Samsung big screen television from Video World after thinking about going to one of the “Big Box” stores shopping. However, we decided to purchase locally from Video World- wise decision! We had an issue with the television after about 20 months but we had purchased the extended warranty on the television after taking the advice of Carleton (no pressure at all). All the staff and in particular Carleton, Shirley and Michael were efficient, accommodating and courteous in dealing with the issue. Even the installation guys were very polite and helpful.
I would highly recommend Video World as a supplier of any electrical equipment based on our personal experience.
