Villa Madina makes the best Chicken Scawarma that I’ve ever had. And the young lady who served me was very friendly and pleasant and courteous. Overall, an excellent experience.

Seriously, dry as heck. A shawarma should be everything this was not. $12 for a (supposedly) large wrap and, after choking it down (as I said, dry and with almost no flavour) I was still hungry. The woman in front of me was offered extra garlic sauce for hers but I guess I didn’t rate that courtesy for some reason. The garlic sauce may have helped, but I’ll never know. I won’t go back.

This is food that doesn't make you feel like garbage after eating, I'd say the best option in the mic mac food court and I've tried them all. Large portions too.

Worst food I have ever had so far. The price I paid for the food vs the portion and the taste, it can't be justified. Don't get fooled by the delicious pictures, you'll lose your appetite after eating their food.
It might come as a harsh review but it's just my opinion

The Chicken and Beef were overcooked, extremely hard and dry. Seems the shawarma was getting cooked for over a long time which made it hard. Total waste of money. I went for it because it was halal. But it was the first and last time. Please avoid.

Quality has unfortunately gone down over the past couple of year. Chicken has changed dramatically and is super dry and under seasoned which was disappointing. Garlic sauce is great, had to ask for turnip and pickles for my shawarma plate. It's a healthier option than most places within the food court which is nice, however I miss the previous quality of food I used to receive here.

Did online order and ordered falafal plate and quantity was not even like rokbox size.

Worst customer service, i think the guy who worked at Jan 25 at 4 pm is done with his job and doesn't want to work anymore, zero excitement and cold food,

Usually alway live this place when dining in, place an order for delivery today. Gave me no pickles which I requested and tons of turnip which I did not want, wrong side salad and to top it off in the tiny bit of chicken they did give me I ate only to find a bone piece in one … not sure how that is the case when I’m person I always see them take meat of rotating skewer. Completely unhappy and waste of money, tried to call and of course no one answers. DO BETTER

Sunday morning 12.10 pm I ordered one falafel pita the guy who's making it. He was very rude he never ask what u want in it and when I told u should ask me what I want inside of pita or not he was very rude and aggressive while talking.

I use to live eating here when I went to the mall. I don't what has happened but the portions got alot smaller not much meat. And instead of a whole piece of pita you get one quarter of a piece. Not my go too anymore when I go to the mall

Very bad experience. This food does not represent the middle eastern taste. Unfortunately, I wasted my money by eating there.

This place used to be my go to. Several visits including today, and I'm done with this place. Meat is frequently dry and not fresh. Portion sizes slowly shrinking and plated poorly. Employees are good, sad to see the quality disappear

They have the best shawarma I have ever tasted in NS. The staff has always been very friendly and the portions are large. I easily get 2-2.5 meals out of one plate.

I hate their rude and unfriendly staff. The food tasted bad and old. If you go to Micmac don’t ever consider this place you will regret it for sure.

Micmac mall location had very unfriendly employees, and food was disappointing. Had one falafel, and one chicken wrap. My friend had to keep taking out rock hard bits of the chicken, and my falafel wrap contained very little falafel. Also was told the garlic sauce is vegan, which I feel is not true: (

Food portion was okay but the quality was horrible. Customer service was nonexistent. The man working on my order was paying no attention to what he was doing. I asked for no garlic on my chicken shawarma plate, so he immediately puts a load of garlic on the chicken. I've worked in fast food before, so I know it was an honest mistake. He offered to replace the chicken which I agreed, so he rolls his eyes and is visibly frustrated with me after he offered to fix his mistake. After I paid he forgot to hand me a fork and napkin as they're on the other side of the counter. I could not get his attention and had to wait for him to make someone else's order. After sitting down I realized the chicken looked like and tasted like rubber. Will not eat here again.

I just went to MicMac location, one of the employee was in so much rush because he wanted to eat the wrap he was making for himself. Totally destroyed my whole meal. I would never go there. I didn’t return the food but told him that It was bad and he was rushing.he showed me thumbs up and not even tried to ask what was wrong.

Very bad impact he left on me.

Update: horrible female no longer employed. All is again right with the wonderful yummies and pleasant staff!

Worst service - short female - refused to sell the chicken shawarma - said it was for delivery orders only.
So? Not for paying customers at the counter?
Epic fail.

Ive order here twice, once from skip the dishes and once from door dash. I waited over 20 min for them to confirm my order before I just cancelled.this happened twice.food is good but NEVER order delivery. You will just be wasting your time. This also happened to my roommate three times with them.

Was given tabouleh salad full full of sand/dirt. No one at the restaurant will answer the phone. Skip the dishes will not give me a full refund. Completely unsatisfied.

Chicken was burnt and not fresh at all I thought the food will be nice but was really disappointed.

Me & my wife decided to take our daughter to mic mac mall to burn some energy since it was a little cool out. We decided to grab a quick bite, that was a mistake. Makes sense why he asked us if we wanted a drink twice. The chicken was dryer than sand, rest of the food was cold and the only thing made right was the garlic sauce. Our 2yr old spit out everything that we gave her, she even said "yucky not good, me no like". We weren't gonna argue with her, we decided never again because even before covid we experienced this.
We do NOT recommend this place.

The guy that was working behind the counter today was not friendly in anyway. I let the girl that was behind me go ahead while I was looking at the menu. When it came my turn he gave me nothing but dirty looks. I was still polite despite this. I was upset that the debit machine kept cancelling on me when I tried not to give a tip. I didn't feel a tip was deserved. The food wasn't up to the standard that I had become accustomed to. The fatoosh salad was nothing but lettuce and onion and a very little bit of dressing. Very disappointing considering this is usually one of my favorite salads. My meal was close to $20 not worth it anymore.

I would have given less than 1 but there was no option. I bought the chicken shawarma plate today. I order for take out and when i reach at my home what i see in my plate is salad, 3 pieces of potatoes and like little bit of chicken (which was really hard to find). Plate look like almost empty. I won’t suggest anyone to order food from here. They are charging $11 and giving out nothing. DONT GO THERE.

The food is great and the staff is even better. Every Friday my wife and I are greated by Waji and Rochelle. They are very friendly, courteous and professional. All the food served here is healthy and delicious. I highly recommend this Villa Madina.

This is the best restaurant I have ever eaten at and it is just in a food court.
The chef should have his own restaurant.
Fresh and perfectly cooked it is worth going to the mall for takeout.

I’ve always been a fan of this place! Every time I need to grab food at the mall, this is where I go. The food is great and the people are super friendly. A smaller variety but everything is good.

The only part I enjoyed even in the slightest would be the potatoes and their garlic sauce, but they’re very conservative when it comes to their garlic sauce and put barely any. I always have to buy a separate plate with garlic sauce.
