Good service by Lolade, porting my SIM card was a seamless experience. The transition was so quick and my number was transferred without any issues. Overall a hassle free and efficient service

The people that are working at the shopping center are completely useless and unprofessional. I was looking for information regarding a new phone, once I arrived to the counter the guy was chatting on his phone and didn't make eye contact, I asked for help about the plans and costs and he down talked me and didn't even stopped using his phone. Then I decided to talk with the lady next to him and it was the same story. I decided go to another operator.

We went to Apple to see if we could fix my Girlfriends iPhone 11 because she accidentally dropped it while doing the dishes, Apple wouldn’t do anything regardless if it was under Apple Care (which it was) or not. So we decided to go to her phone carrier Virgin and this young lady named Dharma helped out amazingly. She got her a new phone and didn’t give us a hard time about Apple Care. This changes my entire outlook on Apple and how they scam people for Apple Care

I have a new Samsung phone, after 8 years with an LG. Always with Virgin Plus. New phone acting up. Costco cell phone staff keep trying to connect problem. Not receiving calls at all, off and on. Tried Virgin Kiosk in Halifax Shopping Centre. So far it might be fixed. Hope so! I love Virgin Plus!

Jeremy was so kind when my sister, mother and I went to the virgin kiosk to get new phones. Jeremy’s customer service was great and he was very knowledgeable as well. He was very polite and answered any questions we had. We would all definitely recommend Jeremy to anyone looking for a new phone!

Today I visited Virgin’s booth in Halifax Shopping Centre. Samantha received me with her charming smile and helped me with downloading and changing pass word issues. She is competent, excellent communicator and offers excellent service. Thank you for this excellent service.

Simran and the team were amazing. I was in a hurry but wanted to take advantage of the boxing day sales. Simran made the upgrade process as simple as possible. Also proactively searched for discounts and was not pushy at all. Will be recommending this location to anyone looking for a phone!

On the advice of friends I tried to switch my service provider from Bell to Virgin Plus. After many hours on the phone and numerous call to different customer service reps, I am unable to switch and have been told to go to a store 2 hours drive from where I live. I was also told that my phone has dual SIM- it does not- and that I will not be billed until my phone is authenticated. I received a bill a few hours later. I called about the bill and after half an hour on hold and being lied to for another half hour, I was told I would be connected to another dept. My call was promptly disconnected. I will be calling again and getting the employee # and name of the person I speak to. Virgin Plus will bill you for no service at all and give you the supreme run around trying to solve any problems. Worst customer service ever.
