PS: Blair was very disappointing though. When stuck with an eSIM on a broken phone while travelling outside Canada, he demonstrated complete lack of empathy and even thought its best to hang up on me (on 2 occasions).
All I did was ask him to suggest/work with me to think of a solution to the tricky situation I was in. He replied very quickly that nothing can be done without giving it a second to think it through although I made it clear to him how serious the consequences will be for me losing access to my number abroad. And then blam! Call ends. Two consecutive days. Exact same response. Same attitude.
Absolutely unfit for a position that is supposed to be "customer service".

V and Anthony helped me out in the very same incident and those steps they suggested/did helped resolve my dire situation where I had lost access to all my bank and business accounts while travelling outside Canada due to not being able use my primary number.

Worst service ever. Don't go there as they don't want to do anything or work. Don't want to do simple tasks they can do there. Was told to call customer service instead of being served here. Super disappointed

Thai virgin plus store was amazing especially the employees. They were very fast and attentive to find a plan that works for me. The employees I am talking about are V and Hilary. V was very helpful to explain each plan and also explaining the benefits you can get with virgin. Hilary was very helpful with setting up the phone and applying the case and screen protected for the phone. They all showed amazing attitude and were very friendly and understanding.

I was in to the Mic Mac Mall location recently and received excellent service from both Derek and Hillary. They were very polite, quick to answer any of my questions and set up my new mobile service seamlessly. It’s employees like that that will keep me coming back to Virgin every time!

Great customer service! Super friendly staff, efficient and effective. They had awesome promotions running, and Blair was very helpful with assisting me in switching to Virgin Plus and making the process seamless! I’ll be back once it’s upgrade time:)

I visited this Virgin location recently looking to get myself a new phone. Blair and Johnathan are phenomenal, low-pressure salesmen who really listened to my circumstances and what I was looking for in a new phone, steering me away from the high-end phone I thought I needed and more towards a mid-tier phone that suits my purposes (and wallet) better. There was only one problem - the activation fee Virgin was going to charge to activate a Google Pixel 6A was $150, multiple times higher than what some of their competition charge for even newer phones as I am on a "bring-your-own-phone" plan. Blair did sweeten the deal as much as he could by offering major discounts on needed accessories but it wasn't enough to counter that ridiculous fee; I ended up getting a phone independently as it worked better with my existing plan anyway. Overall, I have always been impressed with this location's staff but Virgin's policies leave something to be desired.

I have had the absolute best experience with this place! Very kind, and helpful. They made my day today fixing an issue with my phone, appreciate them so much!

Very helpful indeed! I had messed my cell phone up somehow (as a senior, I am still learning new things with each new phone). In no time at all, the salesman had it up and running. A big shout out to all Virgin employees.

I switched from Telus to Virgin and the difference in service was immediately apparent. Hilary and Anthony at this location provided a level of customer service I didn't think existed any more. They anticipated my needs and quickly found me the phone and accessories I needed. Hilary was able to anticipate multiple settings on my apps to make sure my transfer to a new device - in a way I've never been supported by any other phone provider. She saved me about 10 future headaches in the span of 5 minutes. Hilary even gave me detailed tips in dealing with Telus customer service. Anthony was so calm and fast in getting the account set up and advised me of everything I needed to know. Even the 3rd employee Derrick who came back from a break greeted me like an old friend. I felt like the entire team here - led by the ultra-knowledgable Hilary - treated me like a long lost member of family in a very cool, chill way. I left feeling supported, understood and with a better phone and plan than I had before. I've worked in sales before and have never seen this level of expert proficiency in customer service. There is something magical going on in this store and Hilary, Anthony and Derrick are exceptional.

If you're thinking of changing from a Big 3 carrier to someone else, get yourself to the Virgin Store in Mic Mall. It is a stunning experience and in stark contrast to how other stores treat their customer. Prepare to be blown away.
