After several years of bad local haircuts, I found Vivid and was always happy with my cut.

This was my first time going to Vivid and I had Annik for a stylist. It was a fantastic experience all the way through. Although Annik was running a bit late with the client she had before me, the receptionist made sure I was comfortable and asked if I wanted any tea/coffee/water while I waited, and apologized several times for the wait. I understand this can be a source of stress or frustration for some, but I didn't mind waiting, so no harm no foul. Once Annik brought me to her chair, she was very personable and knowledgeable of hair. She was very good at understanding what I was looking for with my cut, and she really understood my hair texture and how it would sit with the cut I wanted. Before coming to Vivid, I had been cutting my own hair for years because I gave up on finding a stylist that understood my hair - it's very fine and thin so I have a hard time getting volume in it and it often ends up looking bottom heavy. But Annik knew exactly how to cut my hair to give it lift and texture. She also gave me advice on which products would work well in my hair to maintain volume throughout the day, which I went and bought afterward and she was entirely correct in her recommendations! I love my hair and would highly recommend Annik to anyone. 10/10!

Appt made and reminded on line email and txt. Clean, staff.polite.and helpful more once get my trim or cut! Easy find as face bldg go in right hand door near the Canada service center entry.

The absolute best haircut and most welcoming space. I've waited all my life for a place like this that would help me be me, and I really underestimated how good the right haircut can make you feel but especially how a non judgemental and supportive hairdresser can make all the difference. Thank you for everything Tessa, honestly life changing, I'll never dread a haircut again, and I can't begin to explain how monumental that is.

Wife tried to book for an appointment with them as we are passing by. Did not get a hold of them but received a call back after we left a voicemail. The lady was very nice and offered us another appointment. Unfortunately we are not available for that day. If we pass by again will for sure book an appointment with them.

Clean, bright, professional atmosphere and crew. Very accommodating when I had to change my appointment due to an outside issue. Becca did a great job on my hair, Dutch braids. One great piece of customer service were the text message reminders for my appointments. First time I’ve had a company do that but it was appreciated since most of the time you don’t get any appointment reminders

They are very talented at what they do and very knowledgeable. Nikole did my hair nd my two sons hair and I couldn't be more impressed. For the first time ever I am getting compliments on my hair from friends and complete strangers.
Also, after years of getting haircuts for my sons that I didn't like she gave them exactly what I wanted the first time. I am very, very happy with my experience
