Walton Harbour Lighthouse

Stumbled upon this little gem on our drive along the coast on our trip from the states to Nova Scotia. You can actually climb up into the lighthouse and see the gears working! There is a wonderful little gift shop and museum, walking paths and amazing views! We loved it so much we stayed for a picnic lunch. Mavis was very helpful with tips on local places. Made a great day in Nova Scotia even more wonderful.

Very nice, small, neat park area with lighthouse, a Trai, bathrooms, and gift shop. Good for 30 minutes and a view.

This is yet another beautiful Nova Scotia hidden GEM! We were so very happy that we made it a point to stop here. We were able to climb to the top inside and what a view we had! This is FREE, no ticket purchase needed.
