Having recently been at this venue for a second time for besiness events I must say the staff has always been very friendly, the food excellent and it has a great atmosphere.

Was enjoying the Evergreen Festival on the waterfront and booked dinner here. The salmon was delicious. At 6;00 Friday night, the place was not crowded yet. Service was great.

In Nova Scotia for a visit with the family and hubs and I went out for a date night.

We were ready to Get our fill of seafood. I remembered their molasses bread from last time we where here, which is incredibly delicious. The oysters and fresh scallops were fine but we were incredibly turned off by the lobster ravioli. DO NOT Order. The sauce is too heavy, the bacon (and I love bacon) overpowers everything and some of the ravioli were okay but most were barely filled with one ravioli being completely empty. For $32 it was a huge rip off. If you had told me that was a frozen dinner heated up in a microwave I would have believed you. The only thing good on it was the asparagus. You would expect a manager to at least apologize for the rip off. Our server was very efficient - did check after the first bite, which was fine but it got progressively disgusting and I regret having finished it

If you're looking to enjoy a seafood night - There are so many better places on the waterfront to eat.

The service was fine- I had a lobster roll, which was pretty basic for how much it costs ($33). It was some lobster stuffed in a hotdog bun, and the kettle chips were soggy. The restaurant also needs updating.

First of all, I never leave reviews anywhere. I’m a very reasonable and understanding person, but I’ll make an exception for this one. Food was alright. Me and my friend used a gift card, so our bills were both smaller when we got them. My friend unknowingly only tipped on the amount remaining on her bill after the gift card was used. She didn’t mean to tip such a small amount, she had just forgot we used the gift card because it didn’t show on the bill total. The waitress made a comment that she had only tipped on the balance remaining after the gift card was used. Who says that? After that comment I should’ve tipped her nothing at all. Rude

We waited 66 minutes for food. Our service was awful. As a customer I've never been more annoyed with the slow service. We asked for 2 trays of oysters and we were served oysters with no plates and the server didn't say which oysters were which. When you spend 70$ I want to know what I'm eating! My friend had something hardened in her ice. Just awful.

Great outside location on the boardwalk, great music played by a DJ. Calamari was great, however they brought no sharing plates, no cutlery and no napkins. So the service was a bit lacking (as other reviews have also commented).

Understandably it is a difficult time for restaurants and I respect that completely …. However, very very disappointing experience. Waitress dropped an entire beer over the table and my lap, when bringing us our drinks, hey, accidents happen, but every event afterwards ensured that the sour feeling stayed. Once I also realized they brought me the wrong drink (which I had discovered by taking multiple sips) then once bringing me the correct drink, didn’t even ask if I wanted to finish the drink I had been drinking and just took it away. Okay, we’ll maybe this is protocol. Then multiple tables who were sat after us received their food before us (by a good 5 min) unfortunately my frustration and disappointment was rising. Then the food came, it was sub par (burger had almost no condiments on it at all and lobster roll was dry). Then the waitress didn’t ask about billing and just placed a face up bill infront of my partner with the assumption he was paying which is an absolute no in this industry. No issues on the bill but I guess spilling an entire beer on a customer is considered a normal occurrence since no bit of consideration was indicated in our bill. Not looking for special treatment but some sort of gift for spilling a full beer on someone is just courtesy.

Service was pretty good and the server was really professional. We are not happy about the food. This is the worst calamari we had in town. The coating was very bad and was not seasoned. Even the Mac n cheese was tasting raw without any seasoning. Everything else seems good except the taste and quality of food.

This place is really good! It's mostly seafood, but really good. We were there during the buskers and it was busy but quick at the sametime. Greatly enjoyed. Staff was excellent and food was amazing!

Fresh live lobsters around 1.5 lbs. Good steamed. Fish and chips, three variety of oysters were also available. There are other seafood on offer eg shrimps etc. We had lobsters and oysters. It was good and fresh. Variety of beer and wine also available. Good local beer.

We we're recommended to go here for the best fish'n chips: where the size is sizeable, the batter is flaky, and thechips crispy. The WW did not disappoint. It was as highlighted. I also ordered the Ahi Poke. Yum. If you have not had it before, and you like sushi dishes, the Poke is right up your alley, or should i say, it is right down your gullet.

Chose this place to try some fresh Atlantic NS lobster while staying an Halifax for a couple days. They did not disappoint! The lobster was delicious! We also had the chefs pick of local oysters and a selection of local microbrewery beer. Prices were also very fair considering this place is right on the water. Was cheaper than most of the other seafood places in town that I checked for lobster dinner. Our waitress and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. Try the molasses bread! Will return again if I’m town.

Loved the verandah seating. Very pleasant on a sunny day. The service was top class right from the entrance, during the entire meal and even while leaving the place, everyone greets. Food is spectacular. Fairly priced dishes. The wine list has wines for every budget. Was offered taste for tap beers before making a decision. The clam chowder has become a personal favorite. The portion size is sumptuous as well. Great place and amazing people to deliver top class service.
