After my waxing appointment I had ingrown hair all over the place I got waxed and had to see a doctor

This was my first time waxing. I was nervous about getting naked. I hadn't been naked in front of a woman in a very long time, but it wasn't nothing. Very professional. It wasn't all that painful. The intimate area was definitely more painful than other regions but it wasn't too bad. Now I'm bare. No hair. Don't forget that powder's a good friend.

Really wonderful experience. It was my first time and it was a calm, inviting and professional environment. I was given clear and easy to follow directions and never made to feel uncomfortable or embarrassed at any step. The whole service was fast and efficient.

I left with tons of wax still left on me, As well as quite a bit of hair left off where they were supposed to have waxed; namely my legs. They were friendly for the most part. Then when they both decided to wax my legs at the same time because they were running short on time. I was in great amount pain, more than I have ever been getting my legs waxed before.

The service was INCREDIBLE. Charity did an incredible job, achieving what I wanted for my brows. The eye mask treatment was heaven. I loved the result of that as well! The service didn't take long at all, and my brows look beautiful! Looking forward to my next appointment, and trying out their other services soon! Thank you Charity!

Service was nice. I went in for a brow wax and tint. I told the esthetician that it was my first time and that i have very sensitive skin. I got a skin burn after she waxed my left eye brow and it Is literally the next day and I see clearly that the tint has not lasted at all. She should’ve kept the tint for some more time i think. I would prefer going somewhere else next time.

Jessica was very informative about the process and Laura (manager) and Bren on the desk are always a delight.

Quick, professional service every time I’ve gone! The aestheticians and front of house staff are friendly and always make me feel at home.

I got Braziliant laser hair removal done a few months ago. (i purchased an almost $1500 package) The first two treatments were painful but okay, the third time I had to put numbing cream (that I purchased right after the second treatment) an hour before. Even with the help of numbing cream, i was screaming crying on the bed and was told that was kind of normal.when I got home, I noticed redness, bumps, blisters all over my private part. It was painful and itchy for at least two weeks, the worst part is the discolouration and scarring. It’s traumatizing to say the least! I realized later that they did not do the proper skin tone test prior to any of the treatments.now, they are not responding when I ask for my remaining balance back, even I’m willing to pay for the first two treatments full price? It was insane for them to offer store credits when it’s this damaging and think I would ever go back there again!

Everyone is so nice and efficient, my services with Jessica are always quick and very pleasant
