On a short, but productive trip to Halifax, I stumbled across this coffee shop. So glad I did. Baristias are well trained, friendly, and make amazing classic espresso drinks. Thanks for the amazing espresso during my trip in Halifax! PS I quickly got addicted to the morning breakfast bites also!

Cozy little cafe on Barrington! Tried a flat white and a chocolate chip cookie. The cookie was nothing special, but the drink was great, and staff was very friendly.

Takeaway only. No seating. No atmosphere

The Chai was okay, and the staff were great, but it's just a takeaway spot.

My latte had a fabulous design but the coffee itself was too floral for my taste. The staff were great and it is a cute street store.

First impression:
Nice little shop, somewhat hidden in the entrance area of ​​a larger building.

Ambiance:
A small counter makes up half of this store, which is beautifully designed, inviting and bright. Unfortunately there are no seats (although there are only 2 benches outside when the weather is good). Otherwise, a counter invites you to have a standing coffee.

Service:
We were welcomed here in a pleasantly friendly and open-minded manner and were also well advised on the display of small treats.

Food:
Small, individual treats such as Zomz snails and apple turnovers invite you to snack, as do other little things. They are delicious and sweet.

Coffee:
The cappuccino had a strong acid note, like I tasted lemon. It had a very full-bodied taste and was pleasant to enjoy.
There are other varieties available for sale at home.

Conclusion:
If the weather is good, I'll be happy to go again, but if the weather is bad, there's no place to sit and relax, and probably a bit of the own style that some other roasters that we've had the pleasure of testing before offer.

Tim Horton's doesn't need any more of your money. This place is a local craft shop that's doing coffee right. Got a batch brew that was tasty and hot and an oat cluster chocolate thing that was delicious. Check them out!

While the flavour was good, I found the Americano to be too weak. There should have been another shot of espresso in it.

Wow! The fresh bakery goods came in just as I was ordering my flat white. Best in Halifax for coffee and light breakfast.

Cute li'l cozy cafe with really great cold coffee, and even better bakery items. Too bad they can't head their chocolate croissants but in reality, they taste great even without being warmed!

There is a small wooden ledge to enjoy your coffee at and the staff is amicable.

Have had espresso from a few spots around town, and while I have not tried them all yet, this is the best espresso I’ve had so far.

Mediocre matcha lattes and decently overpriced, but friendly baristas. I’m curious to try the juices in the fridge but not sure I’ll be ordering any more drinks any time soon.

Awesome tiny coffee shop. Service is also s-tier, and makes me want to be a barista because of how chill and friendly the staff are. Have had all manner of lates and coffees here and are all delicious. Baked goods also slap. Very fun little hole in the wall, highly recommend.

A must-visit for delicious coffee by people who care. Small but mighty with the best service in town. I find take away only a plus - it's always clean and never crowded. I love waiting for my drink with all the beautiful books and plants too!

Coffee 10. Barista’s 10-kinda cute too. Seating- 7 (outdoor benches the bus will stop for) was hoping for ceramic cups pictured and a table on this chilly am.

Stopped a few times to pick up a cortado while I was in Halifax last month. Good espresso but the beverage overall was on the sweeter side (perhaps a more caramel flavour than I am used to). Extremely friendly staff.

Perfect grab a coffee to go place! The atmosphere is perfect, you get the vibes of being in a big city. Great services. Love this place!
