Got the taco salad which is my usual favourite. The salad size was 1/2 the size it used to be. I ate in and they put the chili directly on my salad and the chili was cold. I took it back and explained it was cold. I asked for hot chili and the server gave me another tub of chili which I put my finger in and it was barely luke warm. I told him this is not hot and asked if he could heat in microwave. He said no.two points of dissatisfaction: the size of the salad has drastically decreased and chili was luke warm. No interest in making it right by staff.

General manager is awesome! Took the time to help me with a situation that didn’t even concern them. Super kind and understanding.

They just finished reno's on Wendy's in Lower Sackvegas. It is great! Same good Wendy's food but the interior is great. They have a pop machine with Pibb! The machine has a huge selection! All places should have these multi pop machines

Been here a few time over the past year and the only order they didn't get wrong was when I asked for a single item.

Brutal service with a even worse product don't go through drive through you'll burn more gas then you pay in food waiting for your order

Always busy! Tried their new breakfast baconator and it was cold and made me sick. The line in the drive through moves verrry slow

I don't like writing bad reviews - but the recent experience was not good at all. Ordered food on the app - with a set pick up time about 45 mins later. Get to the store and when I went to get it was told I needed to "check-in" on the app by the manager - there is no option, I simply set a time for pick-up. She became argumentative about it and wouldn't listen to me that there simply wasn't an option to do that. She could see the order but made me feel that I hadn't done it right - when I simply followed the process and scheduled. I understand it was busy and was perfectly fine waiting, but she made me feel like I had done something wrong and wouldn't listen to me, becoming abrupt in front of others at the store. Moral of the review - be empathic and listen to folks, it will make things easier for all.

Awful service. Long wait times, messed up my order multiple times. Tons of better options for food in Lower Sackville.

Everyday I have to wait for atleast 30 mins. Today I can’t waited for around an 1 hr. Horrible service. I would like to state that the manager here is very rude. I mean the senior Lady. Atleast take care of her

It takes a little while to get through the line but after order the wait is pretty short. Great tasting food and friendly staff. It the Baconator for me everytime!

The fries were amazing, as per usual. I also ordered a bacon and cheese baked potato but the bacon was COMPLETELY burnt, it tasted like if you scraped the burnt bits off a barbecue and ate it.

It's Wendy's so manage expectations appropriately. The food is fine, same with the service, but they're slow to get orders ready.

Consistent 20+ minute drive thru waits for "fast food" weekdays or weekends. I haven't had any wrong orders yet, and the food is what you'd expect, but this location either has a staffing issue or management issue.

Tends to give delivery drivers the wrong orders for customers. Very slow service considering its a fast food restaurant.

They will not give out a drink tray for a single drink for delivery drivers, only for customers. I would avoid going to this restaurant in the future.

I ordered 2 combos through Skip the Dishes and both burgers were prepared wrong. My Asiago Ranch Chicken Club with Home Style Chicken came with mayo, lettuce and pickles on it. No cheese, no ranch, no bacon or tomatoes. My Grilled Chicken Burger came with ranch sauce and lettuce on it. Skip was great! The burgers were NOT great.

We have visited this location 4 or 5 times most times its been a pleasant experience, however, the time before last we placed our order, upon receiving our order I told the driver to hang on something was missing. The woman working the drive thru was really snarky and rude stating there was nothing missing she checked the order herself. Well as it turned out the salas was missing so we pulled over and I went inside. The sane rude worker met me at the counter, I explained that indeed the salad was missing. She gave me a hard time saying we didnt order the salad and wasnt charged for it. I specifically heard the driver order her salad as she always does. The woman was soooo rude we just left without the salad.
The next time we were in Sackville we debated going somewhere else but decided to give them another chance.well this time we got the salad but the pecans and dressing were missing. I debated going in to get tge missing items but after the last unpleasant visit decided not to.guess we will find another place to eat from now on

Wendy's! So good.except for this caramel latte frosty it was not great or even good.

Location is good. Lots of parking. Staff was nice!

Like that they have more then just fried food as a side always quick, lots of times they forget to put condiments you asked for in the bad though.

Friendly staff, always good food, clean place and I enjoy it when they are fast to get your order.

Visited it around 8: 50 pm drive through last night, Ordered the Korean bbq burger but it didn’t have the radish pickles but my other hamburger had it.

Getting food orders at this location is very inconsistent and inaccurate. I find that no matter if you go through the drive-through or into the store the team has a hard time getting your order right on the first try. I'm assuming it's because they're trying to be fast to the point where they don't ask questions when they're unsure. For this location I would recommend using their app to order food before arriving. Their food is good and very enjoyable and you always have options for coupons. It's also a good workplace, I'd recommend it for any student or person that's okay with minimum wage

Way back early in October of last year my Aunt slipped on the floor and cracked her head open. We rushed her to the emergency and luckily she was okay, but she was unconscious for a little while. After this we noticed that she kept experiencing numerous and severe migraines, we discovered that it was a complication of the injury, they have since gone away. However prior to we had assumed that it was the result of covid so she went in to get tested and it came back negative - thankfully. The whole ordeal was very nerve racking and rippled stress throughout our lives for the past several months. I do not blame any of the staff, however this was just a really terrible experience.

The place is really busy tonight and both the drive thru and walk in take out were both filled. I waited for almost an hour in line inside just to place my order.
I mentioned it to the manager and instead of just offering a coupon she got defensive and blurted out that it wasn't like they were just standing around.
All she had to do to appease the customers was offer a coupon.

The Baconator meal is great but way too expensive. Will be limiting my visits on a yearly basis due to price.

Keep getting my name wrong, this time was Ken and last time was corn. I swear they are destroying Starbucks at bad names

They were very busy at the time and wait time was 20 minutes. Order in customers must have been stacked up while drive thru and deliveries were pushed through. Food came cold and we were not going to waig another half hour so we sat and ate it. During oud almost hour stay not once did we see a dining room table cleaned.

Evening of Monday October 26 I went into this location, with only one other customer in the restaurant, service was quick getting our take out meals. It was the WORST Wendy's that I ever ate (tried to eat). Bacon completely black like eating charcoal on each burger and cold fries. Shut it down if you cannot serve your customers properly. The manager handed me this garbage.

Yummy food and friendly staff, wasn't any clean tables available which is pretty important. Especially during a pandemic.

I love the atmosphere and the music they play here. I Also like that there are healthy food options. I find the prices high but only because I am on a limited budget. The staff here is awesome and they make my day!

It was terrible. We are never going back. It is expensive and the food sub standard. The burgers tasted fishy - it was disgusting!

Classic Delicious Wendy's Restaurant. Busy Location, decent service time, neat sandwich assembling.

Bacon was black on the baconator. My spicy chicken gave me food poisoning. Worst Wendy's ever. Was my first bad experience. My kids and I like Wendy's.

I Dont recall but either they clean the pop machine and you taste the chemical or not enough and its moldy.

They make one of the better chicken sandwiches for a fast food joint. I fine the staff to always be friendly. They have always gotten my order right, except the last time they took my order wrong and charged me for a second small french fries. They gave me the French fries so I didn't care.

Totally screwed up three orders I placed. The gravy was like a salt shaker was put in it. Will never order that again. Ordered fries with no salt and them came loaded with salt and soggy and cold. Ordered chicken wrap with no lettuce and all that came on it was chicken and Lettuce.no sauce or anything else. Complained to manager and was given 2 vouchers for a complementary combo.

The drive thru worker was very unfriendly and not good at getting the orders right: (trying to eat my taco salad without the chips currently which is just very sad: (

Wendy's has gone down hill a lot. It would be very nice if they had a gluten free menu, not just rabbit food.

Burgers are hot, freshly cooked. Same with the Fries. Good atmosphere, not trying to be something it isn't. Comfortable seats and friendly service.

Friday night at 7: 00. Three burgers. All cold Disappointed as we don't eat out much.
Not like in their ads, that's for sure. ️
