Foods not bad when you get what you ordered but its not often i don't get my full order

Ordered 2 egg, sausage and cheese on tea biscuit. Both came with no egg. Took them back and asked for egg on both. Both sandwiches were too salty and on one of them the sausage was black, Burnt. Never ever will we ever frequent this Wendy ever again…if you’re smart, listen up and don’t go there. Worst experience ever.

Since they switched management, service has gone to hell. Orders wrong, food thrown together as if the employees don't care. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Prepare to be disappointed.

Bought a baconater and the bacon was black! Not slighly overcooked BLACK! Whoever let this burger go out should be fired!

Service wasn't the best seeing how someone on the kitchen staff had to show the cashier someone was waiting to order, then she didn't ring in my frosty but at least I wasn't charged for it and the food was made as ordered for a change.

Whole kitchen was a bunch of screaming kid-seeming people making jokes with each other meanwhile I just want fries and it's one worker trying to weave between all the screamers to get my stuff. They're also doing an interview right in the dining roomthe fries were Mid.

Very busy little spot, but they seem to get through the people fairly efficiently. Food is as expected and service was very good

Check ur bags when ordered through drive thru as any time we do when we get home we are always missing something. Usually the chicken tenders and sauce. But they do charge us for them. Also I won't order the big burgers anymore as they are always under cooked. Even when u tell them and they make fresh ones they too are under cooked.

I ordered a couple of burgers in drive thru. They were Luke warm not hot. I also asked for mustard. Never got any. This is the second the service at this site wasn't top.notch.

Always check your food if you are brave enough to order from this location. When I arrived tonight just after 8 p.m, there was one table of 4 and a woman who had come in from the drive-thru. The woman from the drive-thru needed a missing burger from her order, the table of 4 had to return 2 of their burgers, ask staff repeatedly for drink cups, water and dressings for their salads. My baconator was completely RAW on the inside, which after looking at other reviews, isn't the first time this has happened here. The drive-thru and dining area were not busy and multiple staff were standing around goofing off (mostly just doing absolutely nothing, one staff member was wearing a paper bag on her head), one tall blond woman and the one male on staff tonight seemed to be the only ones actually being productive. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. As someone who has worked in food service for over a decade, I was baffled by what I saw tonight and I truly hope management/head office can help this location to be on par with the standard set by other Wendy's locations.

It's ok, people that have taken my orders have been good, food is good. A much better experience than over at the Tim's on the other side of the building.

Breakfast sandwich steak and egg was gross. Sloppy and sauce was dripping off. Was not appealing or tasty. The coffee was fine!

Horrible choice no starwberries for strawberry salad, my wife and had chicken pecan, i had grilled chicken sandwich and chilli we both got sick avoid this location

The girl Emma at the front counter was very rude and used a bad tone of voice with me, food was good!

No cheddar sauce. Burgers and wraps we bought had triple the mayo they normally have. Disgusting. Very friendly staff.

It used to be good. Now every time I go I find myself complaining about cold fries, and old or undercooked chicken burgers. Very disappointing how the quality has went down. I will not go back again.

The food was nice, but they misspelled my name, and I only got three chicken strips when I ordered them, I've been told since that there are multiple sizes, but they could've asked, not to mention that the 3 chicken strips cost more than my budget and drink combined.
