Wendy's

The food was well done, but there were no utensils or sauce in the bag despite asking for them several times. However, the cashier had horrible customer service! She continuously cut me off mid order and glared at me till I finished my order. I asked for a side and she would abruptly go 'WE DONT HAVE THAT' without offering substitutes or suggestions.
I usually go mid morning and have the best conversations with the gentleman who works the cash so I wasn't expecting such a drastic change in the afternoon shift.

Perfectly made Baconator. Almost as good looking as the commercials. Pleasantly surprised.

Ordered multiple meals, no straws, napkins, or cutlery in the bags. Where is the accountability?

I don't know why I keep giving them another chance here. Something is forgotten/gotten wrong every single time, and I do not get complicated orders. Tonight, they forgot half the toppings on my salad. This is after I checked the bag and had to ask for my salad dressing. Ridiculous.

I was never so hurt at a restaurant in my life. I went to counter with my 2 granddaughters and husband the girl on cash looked at me I went to start order she laughed walked away another girl came and when I told her that was very rude she laughed at me.
I work in customer service myself mind you iam older now (59) I would never treat a customer that way!

5 workers in our view, 1 person ahead of us who was waiting for her small order.
4 workers standing around with thumbs up their butts.they seen us, made eye contact and quickly turned the other way as soon as we stepped forward to order.
ZERO customer service.
Don't waste your time.

Fries were soggy and very undercooked, and burgers were pink in the middle and gross. The whole meal was a waste of money. I won't be back

Best Wendy's I have visited. Staff is fast and friendly. Food came out quickly and was very hot. Good job

We waited over 20 minutes to order in the drive thru. The staff was friendly but seemed a bit overwhelmed and or short staffed. Food was as to be expected.

Need more front counter staff both tills need to be open when busy times. Too many staff huddled around not paying attention.

One of the better, if not the best wendys location from my years of experiences at wendys places

I find the service at this wendys drive thru is really slow.the last 3 times I went even though there was only 2 or 3 cars in line it still took over 10 mins to get my order

Not busy at all and took forever to get my order. Once I did get it, everything was cold. Probably won't patronize this location ever again.

Had to change my review for this place. Unfortunately the quality of food and service has gone down at this location. It would be wrong to blame the kids behind the counter as the last 4 times we have eaten here there has been problems. This is obviously the result of poor management and lack of leadership. We have had too many issues to list them all but there has been constant issues with lack of items being available, poor quality of food, issues using the mobile ordering. This last trip and last for a while was probably the worst. The buns for the burgers were stale to the point of being hard, one bun had grease all over the bottom of it, the pop tasted terrible, the nacho sauce was terrible and looked like it had separated some and I'll attach a photo of the chicken burger my spouse received that was supposed to have lettuce and tomatoes on it, I'll let the photo speak for itself. This place needs some management training or new management all together as there seems to be consistent issues with the place. It will be a long time before we give this Wendy's location another try. This might seem like I'm being unreasonable but I rarely give negative reviews and almost never return food for a refund which I had did in this case. I only gave them two stars because the staff that handled the order and refund were pleasant and professional.

Good spot, we travelled though the drive through with our concern, food was quick, hot and tasted good, staff was spot on.only concern here is the very busy parking lot that is shared with Tim's and the construction of a new hotel next door, entry and exit from the highway is a challenge so becareful getting in and out

Like the food but not to have bacon and Chilli and lemonade and other things on the menu are not a good thing when you show up to order inside or drive thru

The food is good, the prices are good. The drive thru is incredibly SLOW! (25 minutes 8 cars ahead me.) and my orders are 30% of the time not complete or I've gotten the wrong thing.

Who sells fries without the option of ketchup?
This is 3 out of 4 times in 8 mths.
What are the chances? Is there a shortage, haven't encountered it elsewhere?
Next time tell me before paying I'll go elsewhere.

Closed during opening hours. Instead of cleaning all the garbage around on the grounds and cleaning the store the employees were hanging out tim Hortons.

Good restaurant with pleasant efficient service. Only downside is the parking lot is an accident looking for a place to happen.

I feel like you really need to go over the hygiene policy with you staff. No hair nets on most of the staff, only one staff member with a hair net on and he had the shortest hair.
I don't think it's acceptable to clean the floor in the kitchen in the middle of making someone's food

Always loved going here to eat never had a complaint but Saturday i was in for our super and got daves single burger and bit into it to find half cooked burgers, so took back into them and they replaced them only to bite we into it and find half cooked burgers again, guess we wont be eating there any more. Thanks so much for Wendy's you just lost customers!

Order was wrong after being told to go park that they would bring my order to me. Waited 30 minutes had to go inside to get my order it was cold and never got the baconater with my order. They ripped me off! Very poor management and I will never go there again!

This Wendy’s is connected to the Tim Horton’s in the same building. We have been to the Tims multiple times but the Wendy’s only one. The staff at the Tim Horton’s always seems to be distracted, poor providers of customer service, and generally clued out on what they are supposed to be doing. You have to hand-feed them what they have to do most of the time. We have been there before and waited in line ten minutes to even have them notice we were there. (There were no other customers in the restaurant, so it's not like we blended in with anyone else.) This recent visit was a combination of the previous behaviour, and a surprisingly really professional and impressive behavior by one of the staff. I was impressed she even worked there. Very friendly, helpful, and she knew what she was doing. Miracles never cease. We will keep coming back occasionally anyhow, just because it’s a Tims in this neighbourhood.

A good burger, a classic Wendy's. The main detracting factor being the incredible wait times. Rarely under 10 mins to get 5-10 cars served. Normally will be waiting 10-15 mins. Not really 'fast food'

Awful service I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes without a word except to say one second when we first pulled up. If I wanted to wait that long for food I would go to a real restaurant. Please get your things together.

I have been to this Wendy's on different occasions they never have what you want out of something or some thing is not ready yet don't seem to really care they send out coupons to use but evert time I try some kind of problem should close place down most people upset in some way never catch me there again.

I am not one to write reviews of restaurants however today disturbed me. While Christmas shopping we decided to go to Wendy's for lunch. While we were there, not one staff member came out to clean/sanitize the tables. We sat and watched people come and go and sit where others had been sitting. During a pandemic where owners had to have a plan in place in order to reopen their businesses to the public, they are NOT ensuring public safety.
At present, cases are creeping upward and people are moving throughout the province shopping, visiting, working, etc. One would think that the employees and owners would want their business to stay open rather than become complacent and run the risk of being shut down again. This lack of protocol is unacceptable during such stressful times.
It has been said that a certain age group is to blame for the rise in covid cases in the central zone, but how can lack of responsibility like this not contribute to the overall problem?
I hope that this is read by management and changes are forthcoming. I will not be putting my family at risk by visiting this restaurant again during a pandemic.

On Friday the 23rd of Oct I purchased 2 chicken wraps. Overall the wraps weren'thalf bad, after I picked off most of the lettuce as it was half rotten. Some brown and some black. So who ever made the wraps needs a lesson in fresh produce. I have a pic but cant seem to get it to send.thanks

Fries are never fully cooked thought I'd go there again give them the benefit of the doubt invoked fried again went again today no bacon for baconaters lol Maybe get some people that want to work and did their job properly and the fry issue may be resolved. As for the other problem idk maybe order enough stuff either way probably the worst Wendy's I've gone to.

The fries were good and hot just how I like them, the burgers were made well they could of been a little hotter. The one thing that I couldn't overlook was between two orders there was no extra ketchup, salt or pepper and I you always have to remind them just for ONE ketchup.

I am not one to normally write a negative review but in this instance it is applicable. I drove up to the through and waited to be served and after 4 minutes I noticed that the car ahead of me was not being served, after a minute of wondering why, someone got on the mic and served them. After a 2 minutes it was my turn to be served, what I did not expect was the guy telling me that they have closed and I could not be served. The gap of no one being served was a very bad show and not acceptable seeing that there was plenty of people in line and also people who had just ordered ahead of those still waiting. I give 2 stars because the guy still said, “ Welcome to Wendy’s. ”

I come here often and used to love my experience. However, the girl that has been working second window never smiles or says a single word. No greeting, no thank you and no you're welcome. As a former employee of a fast food restaurant and now a customer, I find it extremely lazy and unacceptable.

Always good service and tasty food.
Line in the drive thru was a horribly long wait. For some reason the line just wasnt moving very fast. I almost wondered if the staff inside were running both Wendy's and Tim Horton at the same time (running back and forth) it was that bad.
