Wendy's

This was the dirtiest Wendy's I've ever been in both behind the counter and in the dining area. Our visit was on April 29,2023 at 7pm. So can't even use the supper rush excuse. Garbage was full. Tables and floors were filthy. It was also freezing cold in dining room, we had to get our coats from the car in order to eat in.

Always friendly and fast service with great quality! The staff work hard and ensure that orders are ready for pickup on time!

I feel myself getting more fat after every visit to Wendy's. Was sexy now I'm not sexy.just fat. I hope this review helps

Slow, I ordered online and my food was sitting there for a while. The worker took 15 mins to make 4 drinks. There was no communication and front people were not properly trained. Food was somewhat cold.

WHY ARENT YOU ANSWERING YOUR PHONE? !? !? ! I'M MISSING STUFF FROM MY ORDER. I DOUBT IT'S THE DELIVERY DRIVER'S FAULT. IF YOUR STAFF CANNOT HANDLE BEING BUSY, THEN THEY REALLY NEED TO RETHINK THEIR LIVES. AND ON MY HUSBAND'S BIRTHDAY. SHAME ON YOU.

Very long wait at drive thru no dining in not enough staff but the burger was very good

2nd visit dining in staff very friendly was busy but enough staff to move things along well.

Cashier's are always pleasant and the food has always been great. My two friends that came with me said that was the best coffee I've had in a long time

Have had nothing but great experiences. Find it funny you get a plastic cup with a paper straw.

It's okay tasting, but I swear the condiments must come out of their paychecks because when you ask for extra I swear they give you less

One of our favorite eatery. We love their salads. Taco being my favorite and a Frostie for dessert.

I only gave 2 stars because I tried to order ahead on line through the app, and it would not select the restaurant less than 3km from my home. Then I tried ordering through the website. Still it stated yet another error. I like ordering ahead and then going to pick up. I don't forget anything, and I don't feel rushed as I normally do in a drive through line up. Please fix these online ordering errors, as I am sure I am not the only one that its happening to.

On average pretty good but the do have good and bad days. Fries used to be #1 but since their last change they are back to #3. I like the #9 combo spicy with no tomato and I always get tomato

I realize they are looking for staff, just like everywhere else. But that is no excuse for the ones that are working there to not listen to the customer. We went through the drive thru at 730pm, asked for a combo 7 with no tomato, it came with tomato, no drinks available we asked for, must be a supplier issue? The drinks we did get had no ice. Not to mention my son who is very picky wanted a plain cheeseburger it had ketchup on it therefore it was wasted! Good thing we don't have an allergy of tomato.

Food was great love the new breakfast baconator and coffee.
Reason for the 4 star is because the employee did not put on the coffee lid and that twice now I burnt myself. (Always check your lid)

I have bought alot of breakfast sandwiches and coffee at other places. But Wendy's by far has the best coffee and breakfast sandwiches I have ever had. Check out their breakfast biscuit for yourself. 5 stars.was delicious

It's nice to finally sit and have a meal. Especially when you hear the manager show appreciation to staff for coming in today. WTG!

I had not stepped foot in a Wendy's Restaurant in nearly a decade. I wasn't impressed the last time.

However, Wendy's has really come up since then. I ordered a Dave's Single Combo. I must say, their burger is beating out A&W's. A&W was on top but they have slipped again. Too much salt!

Wendy's fries aren't too shabby either.

I find Wendy's to be the most inconsistent fast food chains. Some locations are always good while others are always terrible. This is one of the good ones.

Good place if you like to try Asian food options in Sackville. I made a poor order choice but definitely recommend trying their menu.

Women's washroom …. 2 stalls only & one being designated for moms with infants needing a change. Therefore, one useable stall - which has a DOOR THAT IS OUT OF ALIGNMENT & WILL NOT SHUT OR LOCK! Management needs to seek repair soonest.

Wish they would make it more modern, hasn't changed in some 15 + years. Bathrooms not the best. Food is alright.

They were a tad busy, I do work a drive thru. I kNow what it's like but this was in the top 5 of bad drive thru organization. U could tell some workers looked frazzled. The customer service lady, blond hair, attractive, so ignorant & rude. U need to keep ur frazzled level undercover lol. It just puts everyone 1 I c the two sides.

I love this Wendy's. We always stop here when we take our family trip through New Brunswick. The people that work here are top notch and the food is always good. There is always someone going around cleaning to keep the place ship shape.

There were only 2 staff people working that evening and a constant stream of customers coming in, but the dining area and washrooms were simply dirty. Food was okay.

Went through drive through today and placed our order when we got to the window they had wrong order so told them what we had ordered and within 2 minutes we had our order (free of charge) now that's customer service, food was good also

We often stop at this Wendy's location on our frequently trips to and from the valley. The service is quick, our orders are always correct, and aside from forgetting the sweet and sour sauce once everything has been prefect. If you like Wendy's in general this one is sure to please.

Wifi broken, toliet broken, dirty bathroom, debit at drive thru not working so had to get out in the pouring rain

Honey mustard sauce instead of whatever normally goes on spicy or grilled chicken wrap.all.the.time.

Was actually a pleasant experience and they got my order correct, which is rare. Although I had to go in because there was no debit in drive thru the person waiting on me was very nice and efficient

Wendy 's is not like it used to be. Hubby was very disappointed on his double burger.he could not taste the meat at all.

Great food, great staff, like the food. Good to see new options on the menu only negative it doesn't stay too long. Staff is warm and welcoming, attracts good crowd and stays pretty busy

I love their junior burgers. They are just the right size for my appetite. Their frosty's are the best treat of their kind!
