Very nice ladies running the show in the morning. I really appreciate the friendliness there.

I ordered my simple salad and a simple cheeseburger combo. While I was waiting, I could see food piling up at the end of the table and not going on trays or in bags. They were busy, but not slammed busy. I have worked at McDonald's in the past and have been able to handle exhibition crowds, power outage crowds and school crowds at lunch time, and it is possible to have a smooth running engine with good organizational skills. This time, it was terrible. No one knew who ordered what or when. I watched the girl at the end of the table open several burgers, several times, as she didn't know whose was whose. FIFTEEN minutes have passed and I can see my salad next to a pile of burgers. My husband called out to me, "what is going on? ". I told him I didn't know, so I proceeded to the counter and asked if that was apple pecan salad with shredded cheese. The girl said yes, I then told her there should be a single cheeseburger with no tomato and no pickle, and all I needed was fries, (as I had already had my drink). She said yes, but nothing made it to my tray. FIFTEEN minutes later, I finally had all my food put on my tray. I asked if everything was there, she said yes. I asked for my receipt, and was told it got lost in the confusion. I proceeded to my table to sit with a cranky hubby, after waiting for THIRTY minutes. He opened his wrapped burger, as it had been unwrapped several times before and handled. It was a disaster of a burger. I placed my hand on my warm chicken salad that I get all the time, (they are delicious and fresh), and it was ice cold. I snapped the lid on my salad as I was angry with the freshness quality of my food and told hubby that I would deal with my salad at home and just wanted to leave. He said to wait for him as he wanted to eat his combo. He took one bite into his burger and it was under cooked and RAW meat inside. I made him spit it back out and told him I am getting our money back. A couple that we knew came in, I showed them our food and they left to get pizza! I proceeded to the counter and told them how much I was displeased with the service, and the quality of food served to us. I have always told everyone about their great salads and hot and fresh food. The dining room could be cleaner most times, so I always wipe off a dirty table when we go. I told the cashier we were leaving and I wanted a full refund, but wait. I don't have a receipt! I told her that she had to eyeball what was on the tray, figure it out and give me back my money. She couldn't give it back on debit, and had to do cash. So, in the end, I waited THIRTY minutes for terrible food, we left hungry as we ate nothing, and went to a grocery store for wraps.

Usually this place is my go to for a Saturday afternoon lunch after shopping, but recently it's been really bad. Today, I had the worst Baconator I think I could've had. Soggy bun with barely any condiments, bacon extremely burnt and burger pattys stale. And though I asked for fresh fries, they were also cold and stale. Please, do better.

Just got back home to find out that my six piece chicken nuggets I ordered turned into five piece. I would be okay if it was one extra but one less.this should have been counted better or double checked. Wendys was not busy either.

Probably one of the best places in town to get fast food, the food is always fresh, especially the breakfast! Highly recommend trying it! And the ladies that work the window are always so nice!

Amazing burgers. I just love it always i go there and on top of it extremely friendly staff.

Went right when breakfast was ending, still got breakfast. Staff messed up but nothing that couldn’t be fixed, the young worker did a great job considering. Breakfast sandwiches were good and the French toast sticks taste really good for what they are.

Disgusted by this place, found a foot long hair in between my 2 patties, luckily i opened the 2 patties to reheat it, this is when i found it. Looked like it was placed there on purpose! I was not happy. Is it not Mandatory for your cooks to wear hairnets? If not it damn well should be. My last, and will be sure to let everyone know my experience!

Overall an slightly run down Wendy’s franchise. They ran out of chicken burgers so we got hot fresh ones for our burger. Carpet floors which isn’t very sanitary for fast food joints. The wrapper for the hamburger and the chicken burger was swapped. There is a drive thru and a small parking lot. Close proximity to other shops.

Wendy's did great. The staff were very nice, the food was great and the store was bright and clean

Painfully slow. If you want to come to this “fast food” restaurant, pack a tent and a snack. 15 minute waits are not unusual just to get your food.
