Got a kids meal for my son. Got home and it's curdled and it says it's still good for another 6 days. Disgusting. Wasn't store properly Tried to call and no one answers the phone. Wanted to warn them thier milk batch is bad! We won't be the last getting spoiled chunky milk

It was during the hurricane staff did great even with the power going out at least 5 times glad they stayed open

I would not go here get ready to be treated like a number were people look you in the face while you ask for something and they hand you whatever they feel like not impressed they constantly blame the mic in the drive through but never fix it either poor service I drive to kempt road now when I want wendy's and that's in halifax never again.

It is a good QSR to be at, I love it better than the other brands. This is fairly priced, good/better offers, more flavourful and feel like the patties are more hearty than M*D******.
This particular outlet was good, staff is well spoken, attentive and the tables were cleaned more often than other places.
Place was well kept.

I would not recommend this place to eat in. As soon as we arrived the staff other were not very nice to the girl who was at the cash, you could tell someone had said something to her or embarrassed her right away as her face was so red and she was having a hard time serving the customers, poor girl looked terrified.
After we got our food, we decided to sit down and eat, we saw a mouse in the dining area, scurrying around freely. They hide under the bench seats. I have never been in a place that is okay with mice running around. If I was a food inspector, I'd be shutting that place down immediately. Not to mention not only is it absolutely disgusting it's also a liability. The owner needs to address this issue asap before some mouse droppings are in someone's food and gets sued.

Not only have you jacked up the prices again.the product has worsened. Last week a double jbc and large chili was 6.78 This week 7.45 and you've watered down the the chili to the point it's no longer chili, it's soup. And, it's just your location watering down the chili. Shame on you. Woodlawn and Cole Harbour are still the same with chunks of burger. Yours is more Italian wedding soup. I will bring this up with your head office. Be prepared

I cant say enough good things about the Wendy's on Kempt Rd. The staff are so friendly helpful. The food is always great.

Like their value pricing! Food was pretty good, we just wanted a light snack so had a wrap and a small burger. We enjoyed them both.

Trying to place our order we had to repeat it 3 times, 3 of 4 burgers were still incorrect, there should have been 3 Large fries and a poutine, instead we got 4 regular fries and while waiting for our food I personally seen a mouse run from the garbages, across the floor and enter a hole at the bottom right corner of the cashier counter. WILL NEVER RETURN!

Unfortunately, we will not be dining at this location again, they have a severe problem with mice, and do not seem to mind. We have ordered in the drive thru multiple times, but tried to dine in tonight. Long story short, we saw a mouse in the dining area, scurrying around freely. We went to the drive thru to request a refund (as to not embarrass them at the counter in front of 10 people waiting for their orders). We were not taken seriously, laughed at and told they've done "lots for the mice so there's nothing we can do anymore. " Not the kind of people I want handling my food.

Came through drive-thru and the lady that took my order was completely amazing and so professional. I believe her name was Lilly… I must say for a young student worker. You were amazing and professional.

Terrible Wendy's and they know it and don't care. They pretend they don't know English then laugh when they've think you left. Called back 3 times over the course of 3 months. They hang up or take your address and never send the coupons. Place needs to be audited severely

Horrible.
Went in Thursday evening, 2 people in line, left after 10 minutes.they were to busy doing drive thru and skip the dishes orders! The cashier didn't even look at us! Worst service I have ever seen.

Just came from this Wendy’s and saw a mouse running across the floor. Another customer told the manager that he saw it twice, the manager did nothing about it and went back to the kitchen.

I walked out and will make sure not to return to this location.
