Had the Dave's Double combo, very tasty as per normal. Service was quick, and it was very easy to access the condiments.

No service in side all the workers do is stare at you or walk by the counter staring at you catering to the drive-thru.

Most disrespectful establishment.

I ordered a Southwest Avacoda salad, the lettuce was terrible in it, it was very old and discolored, for the price I paided for it I expected a fresher Salad, I don't even want to know how long it sat around after it was made, it tasted terrible too.

I give this 2 stars only because of the cashier in the drive through! He’s super nice and welcoming. He works evening shifts he always takes my orders on evenings.
However, the other workers are constantly messing up orders. The final mistake they made was filling my chilli half way like I paid half price. A guy told me there’s a line they have to fill it to and guest what… it was below the line and he had nothing else to say.the food is tasty but the quantity is horrible.

Sloppy food, rude drive through even though it was not busy at all, slow yet still got my order wrong.

Food is consistently good, drive thru is efficient. Turning left out of the parking lot towards the 103 or St Margaret's Bay Rd can be difficult due to traffic

This is literally the worst service I have ever recieved at any restaurant ever. I thought maybe it was a bad day, went back a second time with the same bad experience. This place is awful

Always happy with Wendy's, only issue is they don't have enough restaurants in Halifax/Dartmouth

Hot and tasty! Fast and accurate service, especially as no-one in the family likes pickles, so orders have to be made up fresh.

Usually super fast - was a little slow today due to computer problems. Not much you can do about that.

Chili was perfect as always, burgers were hot and delicious and the new caramel frosty was outta bounds! Sad that it is a limited time only menu item - was so good!

Had a bad experience with staffs recently. They don’t behave properly especially to the Delivery drivers. I waited almost half an hour for a small order. When I asked to staffs that why it’s delaying and they started shouting.

The dining room is closed and only one of the doors has a little paper saying is closed. I think the notice should be on the front window so you don't get out in the cold wandering if it was closed or not. It was not just my family, I counted four more groups of people trying to get in while we decided to order in the drive-thru.

Abysmal experience tonight. After waiting for 15 minutes for a baked potato, supervisor mumbled to front staff that there were none left. Staff didn’t give any care or consideration to customer. Threw some fries in the bag and sent us off. No apology, no way to make the wrong a right. So many people came and went while we waited and waited, only to get stone cold food at the end. Will never come back

Beware. On my last visit the
Employee changed garbage. Went outside to throw it away and then came back in to flip burgers. Most staff are fairly friendly. Like any business some of the employees don't care they have the job. Just there for the money.

Half the order was missing. One staff member was seen open food items without gloves on and no one checked for proof of vaccination for dine in over all not a good visit

Went through the drive thru and got the strawberry lemonade drink and strawberry salad. Omg it was good!
And omg the medium drinks are XLARGE!

Love Wendy's food but the service is the worst at the Bayer's lake location. They are incredibly unorganized, usually forget items from your order, don't know how to efficiently pack an order in minimal bags, try to park you to serve the next person in line and forget about you. Then if you call after travelling home with your incorrect order they act like it's not a big deal to just come back and are not remorseful at all.

Didnt get what I ordered but ate it anyways because restaurant is closed for going inside and wasnt sitting in drive thru again

I have been going to this Wendy's for 6 months every day and I have always had good food excellent customer service. Fast and polite. Best experience every time. 5 stars

The drive thru service as fast, which is always appreciated, but the team could make an effort to inject just a bit of friendliness into their service. It was all business when I visited this location last week. My Junior Bacon Cheeseburger meal was delicious though.

Have never had any issues at this Wendy’s. Orders are correct, food is fresh and friendly staff! I drive out of my way just to come to this one when I want my Wendy’s fix.

I went to Wendy’s in Bauer’s lake and there was a greasy hair in my fries when I complained I was not given a refund the employee was rude and when I drive to the next window I could hear the workers talking bad about me and my family I would give 0 but I have give one to this joke of a franchise

Normal fast food place. You get what you would expect. Nothing special but conveniently located outside of the busiest section of Bayer's Lake

Worst wendy I have ever gone too, IF they give you all of your order (which they don't usually do) it's wrong. Or they don't give you, your change in drive thur they just close the window. (Idk if it's cause I paid cash during covin-19, but didnt get any change back. They sent coupons to fix a wrong order only to get that order wrong too. Every time I go to this location something gets messed up. AVOID this location if at All possible.

You really can't go wrong. If you're looking for a mean muck or a just a quick snack, hit them up. Friendly and fast service too.

Always friendly and quick staff. Store is well lit, kept clean and like other locations, reasonably spacious.
Drive thru never stops moving for too long, and I've heard them easily handle difficult* customers without issue.

My rating is based on why would they charge separately for food items after you order a combo? As in Dave's single, poutine and lemonade all charged separately. Why wouldn't it be a combo charged with the extra difference of the poutine?

In terms of fast food service, this location does a great job at fast and reliable order taking. Typically you will have a few fast food locations you will avoid due to constant errors or poor quality food. I have attended this location multiple times and have yet to have a bad experience.

The location and the layout of the parking lot would be my only complaint. It can be rather difficult turning left out of that parking lot during rush/peak times. There is no alternative exit from the parking lot currently to make this burden easier. Just a heads up for anyone trying to get in and out at rush hour.

I hate to be mean, but every manager of every food place - including the other Wendy's locations - need to come to this one to see how it's done. Truly a cut above. Well done.

Not normally a fast food fan but this was OK. Food tasted good especially the chicken burger and prices very reasonable. Made a nice change.

Well when a manager say to one of your employees do you really need your break? He says yes I'll be back in 7 she said no be back in 3 mins its 15 mins awful management

The gentleman serving me was nice enough but messed up my order twice as I didn't order a burger but waited ten minutes and got a burger. It took another ten minutes to get the potato I ordered which had bacon in it which I had asked if it came with bacon and he said no. I don't usually expect much from Wendys6and somehow they still manage to disappoint at twice the cost of its competitors.

It's a Wendy's, so a good-sized restaurant. Full menu packed with that Wendy's goodness. Huge parking lot. Generally pretty clean. Very nice view. Television there but in a nice, quiet area. Not really close to anything being on the Timberlea edge of the Bayers Lake Business Park and the car dealership across the street. Nearby bus stops - No. 21 route - but not great for walking especially with local construction displacing the "sidewalk". Exercise caution. Friendly staff.

Will never put extra mayo if you ask for it. Ask for mayo in the bag at the speaker, they assure you itll be there. No mayo. Ask as they hand you the bag and they tell you to ask at the previous window. Ask for no onions get onions. Will say they're fast though!

Decent Wendy's. Nothing exceptional. Been there a few times both sit down and drive through.

One exceptional thing about either this location or Wendy's in general is that on holidays, they are usually open, which is useful to know. They were even open Christmas Eve. Phone for exact hours.
