Absolutely horrible customer service. From the receptionists at the front desk, to the agent I deal with. Never ever ever again. I cant even list the reasons that I hate this company. It wont all fit

Rates go astronomically through the roof for no reason and no notice. Ive had a clean driving record the whole time with them and my insurance went from $82 a month, to $146 and now renewal us $200.

I called to cancel and they are charging me a cancelation fee. My renewal is July 16 but they start charging me $200 on June 16. So when i asked to cancel for June they said it was early cancelation.but thats when the new payments start?

Sandeep works from home which is fine but allows her children to run around and scream behind her. A ten minute phone call takes 45 minutes. And Linda at the front desk has zero people skills whatsoever
