I literally walked out with pain from a aggressive cleaning. I had previous red flags from the same hygienist. She deliberately inflicted pain on me. I had to have my tooth extracted from another dental office in October because of the on going toothache from my back molar. Since July, 2023 cleaning my teeth are now way too sensitive.

Went in for fillings, ended up in the worst pain for weeks afterwards. Couldn't chew on the side of my mouth. I even went in to ask about it and was dismissed. Still extremely sensitive months after

My wife had a gum boil that needed attention. Being new to Sydney and the log weekend in may. No dr very hard to get help. West side clinic stepped up and provided top notch service

Worst dental experiences ever. I went back to Dr. Walker for a second time and it was a terrible mistake. The first time he worked on the wrong tooth and after doing the work, I got a severe infection in m
the tooth, the filling he did came out shortly after. The second visit, he injected the freezing lidocaine into a blood vessel and it didn't freeze my face at all but gave me an immediate adverse reaction. He had to give me a second dose to actually freeze my face since he missed the spot and failed to aspirate the syringe (according to the ER Doctor). I had to go to the emergency room due to the reaction after I left the dentist due to the failed injection of lidocaine. I had severe tremors, dizziness, confusion, weakness, chest tightness that lased 4 hours. I definitely don't recommend this dentist.
