Had 2 heat pumps installed. Would have given 5 stars except for a couple of things, that worked out good in the end. Overall I was happy with the experience with Wilson’s. Electrical box had old style breakers that aren’t made anymore. Fortunately electrician was able to find 2 in his shop. He was not informed ahead of time.
Sales person made an assumption that indoor unit could go where I wanted it without checking out side first. It happened to be right where my fireplace chimney was located. Had to put on the other side of my window. Not ideal, but ok. Apprentice installer did not install that unit evenly spaced between window and wall as I requested. Several inches off. Luckily the hole in my house on the outside did not have to be recut. They were able to adjust it on the inside without needing any drywall repairs.
Thomas was the main installer and he was calm and cool about everything and fixed it to my satisfaction. I would certainly recommend Thomas to anyone.
No problems with scheduling. They showed up on time and completed the job on schedule.

I had Lennox heat pumps installed 2 years ago, I’ve had issues with them each year since installing them. Apparently having multiple service calls a year doesn’t count as “annual maintenance” even though the technicians told me I wouldn’t need it serviced again until the following year…so that awesome extended warranty they had me sold on is now voided.

The sales rep was super friendly, all the technicians were professional and really helpful, but I feel like I got screwed over and now of course nobody wants to help me. So I have a brand new heat pump with three heads that doesn’t heat, and no warranty.

So first of all they said they couldnt do it today. (big disappointment since my wife closed her daycare to accomadate today) but 10 minutes later she emailed back and said there was a team free in Moncton. They showed up at 10: 30 am and didnt stop til 4pm when they finished up. They even skipped lunch. Madelyn and Marcus where awesome. She is very knowledgeable on the system. Both very very polite, did an amazing job.highly reccomend them. Oh and it poured here all day and not 1 complaint.

Super efficient, friendly, arrived on schedule and went over and above with attention to the project.
I couldn't be happier with my initial assessment with Jessica and the following install.
