Winners

I usually love shopping at Winners but this time the experience was soured by one of the store reps.

She was extremely aggressive and rude to me. Barking at me to leave the about store a minute or 2 after store closing announcement was made.

She could see that I was gathering my numerous purchases to make my way over to the cashier when she almost accosted me! She could also see I was struggling as I did not have a cart and could have offered to help me get it all together to make things happen faster.

Being from the service industry myself, I completely respect closing time and that shoppers need to leave but I don’t believe there is ever any reason for rudeness.

I have never been spoken to so rudely at a store in Canada or anywhere else in the world.

I do hope that the Store Manager addresses this situation and coaches this individual.
I mean no disrespect and don’t know how else to describe her except to say that this was the black lady who was on the evening shift in the 10th of December.

Not many places that I like and can find clothing that I like. I love the selection of clothes they have. They also carry seasonal nick nacks that I like

Winners is my favorite place to shop. Everything is great quality, great prices and unique. I try to go to every Winners that I drive by in my travels.

Used to love coming here but after being followed around the store, for the third time in a row, I'm less than pleased. It's uncomfortable to try to shop and enjoy the experience when someone is following you around. I shouldn't have to feel anxious and question my movements and wonder if the aisles I go down are going to make them think I'm stealing! Maybe get some cameras, I hope I'm the only person to experience this but I highly doubt it!

My favorite store. A little bit of everything here for infants to adults. Most of my wardrobe comes from here.

I always get my sneakers (runners) there because they have brand name sneakers at like 50% of or so, and they last alot longer.

Love this place! It is sometimes a hit or miss for style if you are looking for something particular, but there is always a great selection and great customer service.

I returned an item today (June6/23) and the young lady at the checkout, (Emma) was like a breath of fresh air. She was so very upbeat and polite, not only to me but to the previous customer as well and I'm sure all those following. She is surely a valuable asset to your store

The selection is not the greatest for a Winners store & I found it very unorganized inside and not laid out very well.

Some products can be poor quality and are the rejects of the quality department of the manufacturer

Bought two jars of what was labeled natural honey. Took them back and was refunded my money. It had a faint taste of molasses and something else, but certainly not natural honey. First time I have been disappointed with a Winners product.

Awesome store, never had a problem with anything before and great prices. Staff are great, great selection of different kinds of items and good quality for good prices.

Extremely outdated, they looked at me like I had 3 heads when I asked if they could check if they had something in stock and said "No we don't have any sort of computer like that sir". Why not? That's been a normal thing to have in any store for over a decade. Not shopping here again.

Winners is always in an interesting place in which to shop. I particularly like their pet section as they always have really lovely and quality pet beds at affordable prices. They also have neat decorations for the different holidays. The stores are always well lit and clean as are their washrooms. They have quite a varied selection of purses and beauty products and clothing. I make sure to visit there at least once a month.
