So, I've been dealing with Andy the past 2 days doing some upgrades and adding new devices to my account and he has been nothing than amazing! He went out of his way to find me 2 devices and took the time to call me more than once to double check my wants with me. Kudos to Andy and his excellent customer service!

Andy has great customer service and is always friendly and helpful and he explains everything in terms that non techy people will understand. I stopped over to say hi and ended up trading in my phone for a newer version!

Was in to day because I lost my phone and Andy not only looked after my lost phone but helped get me a new phone with a better deal and helped get my apps installed on the new phone. Could not be happier with his service.

I had the benefit of dealing with Andy today while getting my new S20 FE and I must say he is an amazing salesman! I was able to get a way better deal then I currently had on my old phone, he took the time to make sure I was happy with every aspect of the deal and made me overcome my anxiety on getting a new device (and thats a heavy thing to overcome)

I called ahead to book an appointment. Phone greeting was very friendly.
I came to appointment next day and the associate was waiting for me. She introduced herself as Sarah. She was very friendly, helpful, and explained the entire process.

Amanda not only got me a better deal than online, she set up my new phone (which would have been impossible for a gal of my advanced age), explained everything in ways that were easy to understand, made us laugh with her great personality, and didn’t bat an eyelash when I asked her what a PopSocket is. I highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a new phone!

I was a long time customer with another carrier and wasn't super happy so i went in and spoke with Andy and Amanda and they helped me get a better plan to suit my needs and hooked me up with a new phone and accessories for less than i was currently paying with another company. They were both excellent to deal with and walked me through all my options. I would highly recommend going to see them to anyone looking to upgrade or change plans. Super satisfied
