I would say the shop officials are very helpful. But I had a very bad experience with their mobile protection plan. You need to pay 13$ a month for the plan and trust me they are looting you. Don’t fall on their trap to buy that plan. If you face any issues with your phone, you need to ship to another part of the world by paying an amount not less than 100$. Without inspecting the phone, they charge you the amount and they will never ship you a new phone even though they promise this in their website. They always send a used refurbished phone. Their customer care people are too arrogant. So please don’t fall on the trap of the mobile protection plan from likewise. It’s a cheat and end of the day you will loose your money for nothing.

I had a wonderful experience at the store. Harsh was really helpful, friendly and knowledgable. He provided the best offers with the phone. They have almost all the variants of phones available at the location which I couldn't find in other main stores in Halifax.

Went during Black Friday to The Source and they said I wasn't eligible for a certain cell phone deal/plan since I was already with my current provider. I went to Wirelesswave as a last attempt to explore other options. Spoke to a very friendly staff member, named Bikram, who without hesitation was able to get me the deal I supposedly wasn't eligible for at The Source. He got me set up within 10 minutes and answered all questions to my satisfaction. Wonderful service!

I got my phone and a new deal from this store. The staff is great they were very helpful throughout the process even though my credit card was delayed due to third party issues. But Harsh was very supportive and followed up with them on behalf of me. Very impressed by the level of customer service. Definitely recommending to my friends
