Wok Box - Dartmouth

We used to love eating here. We hadn’t been in a while so decided to go for lunch today. They were out of ice (?) sriracha, and the pad Thai on the menu showed soy eggs and shrimp and it came with neither, but did come with broccoli and carrots. I was told “we haven’t changed the menu picture yet” okay that’s still a really strange pad Thai. It wasn’t bad, just not what I ordered. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. The attitude from the person behind the counter was what got me. We won’t be back.

The wings they offer are a good size. They do have some grizzle on them. They were missing a few sauce choices. Service was slower than expected as being the only person who was placing an order.

Walked in at 845 and they said they that they were closed. Open sign on and door says open till 9. What gives? My subway I got next door was great.

The noodles and rice both tasted like they'd been sitting out for a while and reheated. The spring rolls were complete mush and very gross. We spent over $50 for two people and both of us were unhappy with the quality. With the prices of everything you're better off going somewhere with real wok rather than "fast food"

First time I stoped by in 2 years, chicken in my dish was very bland, sauce was watery with no taste at all, both our meals where lacking in any real amount of sauce. Very disappointed.

Been here many times and not disappointed with the quality of food.
This time i got a kung pao chicken with chow mein noodes (amazing) and my mom had a wor wonton soup she enjoyed.
They still served us 10 min from closing. Truly appreciated.

The Jungle Lemongrass Yellow curry had no flavour, what? My $28.00 wasted through Skip, never again!

They changed staff and my food is undercooked. Also it was quite difficult to order as I had to say date night deal 3x. Not sure how the quality went down so quickly

Excellent tasting food, friendly service and decent sized portions. Definitely returning in the future.

Ordered Pho and a side of 4 spring rolls. When the order came in there was only 2. I asked about it and buddy said he put it in as a combo, and a combo comes with 2. They offered to get me 2 more, but I said no worries, it was cool. As I was eating buddy #2 came over to my table with 3 spring rolls on a plate! What an awesome couple of guys! I added a bit more to the tip and thanked them for a great meal and fantastic service! Clean place, nice variety, very tasty food, great service!

I ordered 2 indian style butter chicken for my little guys birthday meal. We get home and realise theres no nan bread with either order.no napkins, or chop sticks or even. We are very unimpressed. Check your bag if you are doing pick up.

Service was fast and friendly but the pad thai was bland and flavourless and the noodles were overcooked. Definitely overpriced.

The food was absolutely amazing, the staff is very polite and respectful and they have great customer service! I enjoyed my time there 10/10 will be there again.

Delicious, fresh food - pretty fast! The guys are great to recommend food, too. One of my favorite lunch spots!

Make sure they cook the chicken thoroughly. Mine was not.got a bout of food poisoning. My 6th time there.was my only issue.

I don't get to have their food that often because my husband doesn't like it so when I get the chance I grab it. Food is fabulous and the shop is very clean. Staff are very friendly.

My friends and I got 3 $15 wok box lunch noodle combos. There was not very much food for $15; just about enough to fit in a small bowl. We also only got 2 very small, thin pieces of meat each. The spring rolls were abysmal. The noodles were mediocre. For the cost, it simply wasn't worth it.

My first time here and it was awesome. Noodles al dente, pho had an unbelievable broth. So good

Their food is okay. Nothing special and is basically just another Thai Express. Their seating is nice and is always clean, although an older gentleman who has been seen working their for quiet sometime has very little tolerance or is not a good people person.

Soggy noodles with no flavor, veggies were yellow and some barely cooked in the sweet mongolian. The chicken wasn't too bad. Edit: Contacted them as they requested just to get an apology through an email. Umm okay? Apologies don't make your food taste any better.

Me and my friend tried buddha bowl. It taste excellent. I really liked the taste of tofu. Hope if they can add manchurian gravy with rice in there menu.

Awful service, awful food. Have had Wok Box in other parts of the country many times and was happy every single time. This location is awful. They made a large fuss over substitutions (actual, very serious allergies). The other order (when the person with allergies decided against ordering anything) was bland and oily. There are many other Asian-type restaurants to try. No need to go back here.

3rd time in 2 months that the food is burnt or I get the wrong thing altogether. Not going back.
