Great service and great selection I had three staff members assist me and gave me every option they had 10/10

I have been buying safety footwear here for years as my employer has an account that gives me an allowance every two years. This year, they did not have my boots in stock at the store, but they are available online. The customer service person at the store took my name and number and told me the boots would be in an a couple of weeks. Today I called back to see if they had arrived. They had not been ordered, no one bothered to call me back, and the customer service person on the phone today was very rude and offered me no viable solution. I won't be back. Free shipping online over $125 so I will have them shipped to me rather than ever driving to Burnside to spend my money there.

Amazing place to get shoes and reflective gear, a very poor place to work though. Management and head office are very cold and unsympathetic to just about everything, people have been reported for bullying and nothing has been done, and you'd think at a job like this youd make a small commission yet you don't. They'll also give you every reason possible as to why you can't have a toaster in the break room, yes I'm serious, they really get their feathers ruffled over break room toasters.

Co worker and I had issues with boots that we had. Contacted Ed Leblanc on the boot truck - 2 days later he showed up at work ready to help.
Great guy and great customer service. Will definately purchase from him again.

My husband and I went into your store today to pick out boots for his new job. The guys were very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient - prices were really reasonable which is just another reason to shop here.

Went in for new work shoes and was kindly greeted by an associate, Alyssa Baker. She had asked me how I was and what brings me in today. I told her I needed new work shoes, she enthusiastically comes and brings me three pairs to try on from, I only mentioned a few things before she knew exactly what I wanted/needed. Alyssa was professional and outgoing, she knows her product so well she can bring you what you want before you even know you want it. If you go to Work Authority, ask for Alyssa she won’t let you down! Outstanding service.

Was here to get boots yesterday as my company provides them from this story only. There has been a change in staffing and for the first time in years, I had a positive experience. Thank you so much Alyssa! Love the new positive friendly feel to the store! I will definitely be back!

I recently went to Work Authority and had a great experience with their staff. Dylan and Ashley were very nice and helpful. I was worried about staying within my budget and not having enough time to shop, but Dylan made it easy for me.

Excellent customer service. I understand there’s been some bad reviews lately but they must be trying to turn things around because both of the staff we dealt with this weekend were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely go back next time we need workwear.

Edward helped me find a great pair of boots on the truck today. He gave me several nice pairs of shoes to try on until I found the right pair.
He was very friendly and professional, and just made the entire experience enjoyable.
