I bought my new ‘23 KTrail galvanized trailer last week from Justin @ Work & Play. From start of deal, until I picked the trailer up the following week, he & the business were excellent to deal with. Love the trailer & fair price. Best price I could find for similar trailer anywhere. Definitely recommend the business & Justin.

When I visited first day to check the hitch, it was fast and the gentleman handled very well and provided required stuff. But he couldn’t find the connecting wire for the light. He ordered parts for me and mentioned a lady from the place will call when receive parts. I got a call ftom the only lady ftom the shop and scheduled the appointment on Monday 8am. I have to drive 40 minutes to reach the place and on Monday morning when I visited the lady was on workshop reception desk and I think she does scheduling the work, mentioned that there are no appointments for me. I could see the parts behind her with my name and number on it. They even didn’t find any appointments on the system to say that I miss heard over phone. She scheduled for Thursday in front of me. I requested her saying this electric connection is needed so that I can pick up my Pontoon and I have promised the pontoon guy that I will pay and pick up the Pontoon on Wednesday. The lady instead of accommodating me started telling that the Pontoon guy will wait for the money, so no worries and come back after 4 days. This took only less than 10 minutes at another location. Very bad services and behaviour from the reception lady. Who is going to pay for my time wasted? I will not suggest to go to this place if the lady is taking care. Please don’t approach to the lady for anything. Better to get in touch with other gentleman if badly needed to visit this place.

Quick turn around, I needed an mvi and bearing change on my trailer and they were able to get it done within 24hrs.

Purchased a trailer hitch thru the dealer 15 months later I was told the modular was shot and I had to pay $150 plus labour. No offer of any kind to help went to another dealer got it for much less without asking for any deal. I will not be back!

Had a trailer inspected early May and 8 days later the axle broke in half. 2000kms from home. Very scary and costly intervention.

Went in to tell them my experience and was told "not our responsibility" to check. Neither person (one of which was the boss) cared or offered so much as an apology. The axle was so rusted out on the bottom, you could have stuck your finger in it. Very disappointed at the regard for safety. Look elsewhere for competency

Went in for a new 4 pin plug, they had one at a very reasonable price and even lent me the tools to install it on my own at no additional cost, great set of fellas and fellette, great prices!

I bought a new trailer from Gerry and have had Chris help with service. Those two gentlemen are an absolute dream team! Highly recommend!

Dropped my utility trailer off for an inspection the crew there was very helpful and the service was done very quickly would definitely recommend for getting a trailer inspection done there.

They were able to help over the phone with a brake controller issue and get me on the road. Obviously knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for clients.

These guys are great. They ordered and installed a hitch on my SUV for my Yakima bike rack. They even took the time to put on the bike rack and make sure it was ready to use. Thanks for going the extra mile. I truly appreciated it.

Spoke with Branden earlier in the year. Then I emailed him back as I was ready to buy, and somebody else answered his email. It was strange! I specifically only went back to work and play because Branden was the only one to give me the time of day and now he’s gone. Oh well. Other places are least expensive anyway!

CLOSED ON A SATURDAY? ! CLOSE AT 5 PM ON WEEKDAYS? Umm, so when am I supposed to come and look at one? Should I take a couple of hours off work? Can't do that. Darn. Fraser way and Bluenose are open.

We were lucky to get to go camping this weekend thanks to Work and Play. We waited over two weeks for a hitch to come in. They finally got it and had an appointment for Friday morning. So first let me be clear, I made an appointment for a hitch for a tent trailer. I have called them at least five times and told them we are camping on the 19th, so maybe I should reschedule. They assured me they could get us in. I got a call Tuesday morning and our hitch and electrical were in. He asked me when we were going camping I said Friday. He said OK, we'll get you in Friday morning. So my husband picks up the Sante Fe, gets home to hitch up and they installed the electric for a utility trailer. What! My husband called them and their attitude was 'well how were we supposed to know'. Then tried telling him that's what your wife told us. He went back and bought a converter which thankfully worked, They charged him for the converter and didn't offer to fix the electrical work. We will never deal with them again!

Great service, good prices! Provided me with detailed instructions including a diagram on how to wire the electrical on my car from a 4 flat to a 7 pin for my new teardrop trailer. Thanks guys!

Had a hitch and brake controller installed. Job was done well and the price wasn't too painful. It did take twice the estimated time to complete, but it was still a lot faster than I could have done it.

Had very nice staff when I was there earlier this year (2020), until recently I’ve gone back with my family and there was a older man working there i’m assuming manger? Very ignorant trying to up-sale me on everything even though I went strictly for one thing only.telling me I needed this and that and I’d be better off spending more money on something I do not want nor need. Just a heads up for anyone going here you will be pressured into spending more then you’re trying to or wanting to.
