Decided to swing in for a slice and it was the yummiest slice I’ve had in a while! Fresh, like 6 types to choose from, kind staff and clean shop! Great place to swing by for a late night slice

The picture attached is a picture of a bad order I received. After a terrible experience with skip the dishes customer support, I was graciously redeemed by the store manager once I spoke to them on the phone.

I don't know what happened to this donair poutine, but let's just say I couldn't bring myself to eat it and I eat everything. That being said, they usually have the best donair poutine in town which is why I was so blown away. I really mean that, it's damn good. However this time, it was not. Regardless, skip the dishes refunded and the store manager gave me credit for another one.

Don't use skip the dishes, call the actual store or order online and give them and their drivers your money. I say again, the manager was on point with things and made me happy to call back again. 5/5 customer service

It may be possible that their standard gravy size underwhelming and needs an increase

I was looking for something different to eat on my commute to university, and I figured I'd stop by here.
Staff was friendly, food was really good, and the individual slices are huge for what you're paying for.
I'd rate it 5 but the prices are a bit much, but I understand why it's like that, and besides, you get what you pay for and then some.
Definitely recommend for any university student in the area.

We used to order regularly. Our favourite place for poutines and often ordered multiple times a week. Since the new website, we can no longer order the special poutine kinds we used to get. I can’t even add all the toppings to “make it myself”. If I add most of the toppings it makes said poutine $17 where it used to be $12. I won’t pay more money to still not get what I want. The new menu has made it so we won’t be able to order ever again unfortunately.

This is the best pie in this city. Showed up after a late night of beer swallowing and these guys really set me up with some craazy zaza. Incredible pies, incredible vibes.

I order food and requested plates ustensiles and cupboard. First the size of food displayed was way smaller. I did order large sizes as we were 3. I had to go to pizza pizza to get more food. And never recieved nothing as of plates ect. All that for 50 dollars. Well done, remind me to share around.

Working next door and been eating xtreme pizza throughout the construction period and it was perfect all the time.
Today the lady at the cash gave full bottle of honey mustard when my friend asked for some and she said have as much as you like.

One of the most accessible and economic options for pizza. They are tasty compared to many outlets in Halifax, they have extended hours too so its an added advantage. They have take out and in dining option and near to road side.

Visiting Halifax from Toronto and craving some junky comfort food pizza to soothe a hangover and this place was recommended and delivered exactly that.
Got the #4 deal for a 12” cheese pizza, the garlic puffs and donair egg rolls. Puffs and egg rolls were amazing hard to choose which I liked more just greasy and delicious. Pizza was pretty standard and honestly nothing really special but still good regardless! Delivery was fast too.

$29 Delivery order for an underdone meat lovers. They ignore delivery notes and forget the drink. Avoid.

They cannot function late at night. I’ve been waiting for almost an hour for my food. I thought I lost my money because it took so long. It’s kind of frustrating.

Crust was doughy n burnt.the fries were exaturated with grease was absolutely disgusting. I recommend Siccilian donair and pizza.it was the best place to go for pizza and Italian food.

The food is good but the people are not. Whenever I went there, I was treated horribly. I am bi -racial and a cook would make fun and bully me, the owner at the time thought this prejudice behavior was funny. Also after 10pm the staff starts drinking, the workers are very unprofessional and offensive, I stopped going there because it's not right to treat a customer badly because of what they look like,

Best hole in the wall in HRM. Amazing food, great friendly staff. They have such a wide variety of delicious food. I seriously hope this business succeeds for a very long time!

Best place to get drunk food at, they gave me free honey dijon sauce! Great menu and good hours, friendly staff, clean enough facilities, and it’s the best cheap pizza in town!

Onion rings were soggy and gross, tasted like fish?
Sub was burnt tasting. Terrible experience.

We lost power and decided to order food in the middle of a snowstorm at supper time,
Most places lost their power, but xtreme was up and running, they said they were very busy and the wait time would be longer than normal
(we were just happy they were open)
I’m so glad we ordered, under xtreme conditions they came through

Got meat lovers pizza form here has to be one of the best pizza sauces I’ve ever had would recommend

Really enjoy their pizza. However, I just ordered fish and chips and have not experienced something this bad. The workers were very friendly and the service was fast but the fish and chips are a big no go. So so so greasy like unbelievably and the fish was mush and chewy. Will stick to the pizza…

Ordered the large extreme fries with no meat sauce, got home opened it and there is sauce all over it.

Would love to score higher but due to my recent horrible experience with a delivery driver i have scored the company lower. I received a call from a delivery driver telling me he was close with my order and he asked me how i would pay. I explained to him that it would be part cash and the rest debit. This was at 1: 40 am. His response was "ugh really, that's how you're paying this late at night? ". I ignored the question / sly remark and waited for him to arrive. When he did, his inital approach was aggressive and he asked/demanded why i did not have lights in front of my house. I told him thats just something i do not have and that i can use my phones flashlight to help. Even though my street is completely lit with street lights. After i matched the same tone of voice he used with me, he became aggravated when i did not tip him, and he took it upon himself to declare that xtreme pizza would never deliver to my residence again. Even though, I have had a solid customer relationship with the company for a couple years and this is my first time dealing with this driver.

Honestly, the calzones are really good and the pizza has a crust that hints to what Pizza Huts deep dish pizza crust is supposed to taste like. I'd definitely recommend.

I stopped in and got a slice of The works pizza while my daughter was at a doctor's appointment across the street. Without a doubt it was amongst the worst pizza that I very very long time.
And that's saying something because it's pretty hard to mess up making a pizza!
It is a very good thing they are close to a couple of universities because a drunken student will eat almost anything

I ordered pizza, garlic fingers and a 2L of pop and a hotel. I told them my location at the HOTEL! Hampton Inn and they said OKAY! So as I’m waiting around and hr or so. I was with 4 children as well! They were very hungry. The delivery driver called me and said he was at my room door. Very rude tone on the phone by the way. As I walk downstairs trying to find him. He says very rudely “IM AT UR DOOR, WHERE ARE YOU! ” I said “I’m here”. I said “are u at the Hampton inn” I said “yes, in Dartmouth crossing right? ! ” He said “no we don’t deliver there”! Then said “I have to go” & the he hung up and didn’t deliver my food. Very disappointed won’t be ordering for here again.considering it was lack of communication! To the person who took my order on the phone as I didn’t know u don’t deliver there.

Pizza was just okay. Nothing special. What I really liked was their customer service. Even though there was a miscommunication about the toppings, the manager was kind enough to send their driver a second time to deliver the missing topping separately.

I ordered a chicken sandwich from them.

Undercooked is a small statement. It wasn’t cooked at all. It was just 2 RAW PIECES OF BREAD, with pieces of chicken in them with the sauce. And since the package was kept vertical, when I opened it, I only saw 2 raw bread pieces, wet in sauce with chicken spread all over the packing. Seriously, why should I pay for 2 raw bread pieces having some sauce and boiled chicken thrown over it. Don’t call it a sandwich, please call it’s chicken and sauce with 2 pieces of bread.

This is one of my favorite restaurants to order from if I'm drinking and I want a pizza. Pricing's fair they have quite a few things on their menu the donairs actually have decent. They have a really sick online deal that is really amazing you get like a free garlic fingers and something else if you order online. So yeah probably my top pick me and my grandkids are a big fan.

Consistently get orders wrong, and gave me food poisoning once.

And as others have pointed out, the staff are rude.

These guys should be avoided.

Best pizza place in Halifax, people there are crazy nice and they have the widest selection of the best foods.

Good food, and a really nice menu. Even a desert menu.
Double bonus: with every large pizza ordered online you get free small garlic fingers and 2 donair egg rolls.

I normally ordered here due to my schedule but they haven't been able to actually deliver my order since before covid began. Save your time and order elsewhere. El Basha has been my new go to and get this - they have a restaurant that ACTUALLY DELIVERS!

Oh my, their fantastical pizzas are all amazing, the ones I've tried. They have desserts which is great for the cannabis connoisseur. Highly recommend.

Mostly great food, but my deep fried mushrooms are Chronicly undercooked, even when ordering extra crispy

Their customer service for delivery can be really bad at times. I used to live on campus before and walk to the store to get whatever I need. I even referred people when they asked be for a place to eat close to school. But I noticed when I moved off campus that the customer service had changed. I will not point fingers at all the staff because I know not all of them interact this way. My friend ordered for delivery while staying at my house. I listened to the call because he always puts his calls with restaurants on speaker. He waited for a very long time for his order to come. I even ordered from another restaurant and ate my meal before his order arrived. He called the restaurant and they had confirmed his order. He stepped out to get some groceries from the superstore and the courier arrived at that period. I answered the door and told them of his brief absence and the courier said he could come to the restaurant to pick up his order. When my friend got back, he called them but the reply was really harsh. I don’t blame them for arriving late because I don’t know what happened. They even went as far as to ban any order that came from our street.

Worst poutine I've ever had in my life.the fries were old and recooked 100% sure and it is not curds cheese and just to say there was cheese. I order 2 poutines only got a fork.and I do not know if they use pepper sauce but even the gravy wasn't good. I can believe I paid 15$ for that.very disappointed I won't delivery from there anymore. We are way far from the Quèbec's poutine!

Awaiting refund promised, otherwise this place will scam you out of half your order and hang up the phone when you try to call and get it corrected.

Okay, this review has been a long time coming.

I have been frequenting Xtreme pizza since 2011, I have *almost* made my way through their entire menu, but the menu just never seems to end! As a stoner university student, nothing was more fun than going to Xtreme and trying one of their insane experimental pizzas. And you know what? They're always good! Try the crazy pizzas, I promise you won't be disappointed. My favourites include the Nacho cheeseburger pizza, the mac n' cheese pizza (try it with Brother's pepperoni as an extra topping), and the donair pizza.

Oh and by the way; if you're looking for the best garlic fingers in the city, you've found them, order the "Xtreme garlic fingers". There's just so much garlic and parmesan. It's my most favourite comfort food in the world.

The food here is kickin! I recently discovered y'all through my work mates ordering food and jumped in on their orders.the menu is huge, and everything is always fresh and hot on delivery! I've eaten a lot of donair, but y'alls is by far the best i've had!

Ordered a pizza; never arrived. No response from the restaurant other than we didn’t get it, and we’re closed by some stressed out lady with customer service skills justifying the use of self checkouts. ‍️Don’t use the online ordering tool; it’s the reason they don’t “receive the orders. ” Definitely not pursuing another order and neither should you. Far better choices out there. They sell a “Newfie” fries that my mother would laugh at; stove top and gravy. This is not Newfie fries. Ever been to Newfoundland? The whole place is a joke. I wouldn’t recommend it as dog food.

Food is greasy but gets the job done long after everywhere else has closed. A very large selection compared to other pizza places - burgers (good), poutine (not curds, but ok), and (I am told) pasta are all available in many variations. I go more than I would like to admit.

While living nearby and studying at Dalhousie, an Xtreme Pizza was often called for at the end of a long night in the library. It became a favourite of our small group. The food is consistent and portion sizes are good. Pizza is excellent, as are the donairs. I've never quite had as much garlic in one meal as in the Xtreme Garlic Fingers, and they're great. Friendly staff, and flexible opening hours. Looking forward to visiting again in the future.
