Was enjoying my beef and broccoli until I seen a bug on top of my broccoli I was just about to eat.i know that sometimes it's unavoidable but I couldn't finish my plate.

I got combo #4 tonight for supper - chow mein, chicken fried rice and chicken balls. I also wanted to try their wonton soup but I was told they werent making any this evening. The food was hot, but the flavor was subpar. It was all okay - but the rice was pretty flavorless, sweet and sour sauce tasted like nothing and the chicken balls were overly breaded. A good amount of chicken was inside though. The egg roll was good too. The chow mein doesn't come with any noodles, but was my favorite out of the 3 things on my plate. Decent price and good portions, but the food wasn't anything special and I don't believe I'll be returning to this location.

Not a Las Vegas, but for this town it is like LV.
Owners are so honest on food and price. Taste okay cooked, not warmed up. Let's support honest restaurants

This was my review 4 years ago with the old owners who I absolutely adored and got along great with. My most recent experience wasn't as great tho. My friend ordered for us and an extra dish was somehow added to the order due to poor communication with what I assume was the new owner with who didn't speak good english.
The dish was so spicy that it was barely even edible so we called to confront them about it and no effort was made to rectify the experience. She said that it smelt like a burnt firepit.
Customer service should be important for a new business (new owners) but not in this case.
If you’re placing an order, don't expect a good experience with the management if there is an error.
Don't expect the same service as you got with the old owners.

Being new to NS we were looking for a new Chinese take-out place. When we got the food there was a huge abundance and had lots of left-overs. We waited to do this review until we tried out a few more places. As of right now this is our favourite place. The food selection we had was delicious.

Not sure why people would go out of their way for this food. Wonton soup had no flavor, eggrolls weren't good, beef and broccoli was terrible. The beef in the dish was slimy and wet, broccoli tasted like frozen and sweet and sour chicken was battery. I will definitely not visit this place again and definitely don't recommend it. The reviews sounded good but didn't go with the food we received. $48.00 I wish I had back

Everythings always amazing no matter if eating in or taking out, they make by far the best won ton soup in the valley. The waitress is always super kind to our disabled son offering him chocolates. Couldnt reccommend this place more to eat at! They should be proud of themselves!

Where do I start, just plain delisous. We have eaten Chinese food at many restaurants and I can honestly say that this is one of the best we have had in a long, long time. We ordered chicken balls, wontons, Singapore noodles, fried rice and pad Thai and everything far exceeds our expectations. I did ask for extra spicy pad Thai but was a little disappointed by the heat level. Other than that, this was worth every penny. Highly recommended

Food was fantastic, good value for money as well. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience, definitely going back.

The food came out separately. The beef and broccoli and won ton soup were hot but all other dishes were cold. The server never checked in on us nor asked if we wanted more beverages. The food was bland.

First time there, the food was amazing.

Really good beef and broccoli! Egg rolls were crispy and delicious. Lunch portions were a perfect size. I can't wait to try more.

This is the best Chinese restaurant in this Annapolis Valley area you can find, food taste spectacular. The owner and employee are very caring and friendly. Foods very delicious and fresh all the time. I would try to come here every week as much as I can.

Egg rolls taste like when we were kids.no curry. Service was fast and friendly. Will definitely go again.

Really good food, *updated if busy service declines, no water yet, offered an eggroll after running out of wontons and not telling us for 20 mins. I'll give the benefit of a doubt because of the help wanted sign in the window and the food was still delicious

Amazing owners, very kind, super friendly and welcoming. Love coming here with my family. The food is absolutely amazing. Fresh ingredients, delicious home cooked food. You can taste the love.

It was a busy night (Valentine's Day) but the staff were able to get us in on an impromptu reservation - call me Mr Prepared. The service was good given the full house and the food was excellent and came in large portions. This may have been a product of the busy night, but the food came on cold plates which meant it cooled quickly. Warmed plates would have made a big difference! Thanks again for getting us in on short notice.

My wife had ginger chicken with vegetables which was amazing and presented in a most appetizing way. The vegetables were done to absolute perfection with perfect seasoning and flavour. I had shrimp noodles which was packed with flavour. The egg rolls are home made as well as the perfect plum sauce. We can’t wait to return and try other dishes. Service was prompt and it was fun meeting owner/chef Chris and his wife Candy.
