Fantastic experiences; once for my son and another for me. When giving me an estimate, they explained why a more expensive part was included in their estimate and that I was more than welcome to purchase any part that would work, but their explanation reminded me of a surgeon explaining why one hip replacement would be better than the other. Excellent "side bed manners" and prices are the damn close to anyone else around. And they have a courtesy shuttle, and you can make your own appointments. I'll definitely return and I'd send my family to them, too.

The staff is super friendly, and the work is well done. I will definitely drive all the way from Middle Sackville to get my services done at Yuille's from now on.

They give timely service and at reasonable rates compared with dealer service. I had tires changed and a brake job. Always cheerful and accommodating.

Great customer service! A small issue came up with my car a couple of hours before I was to close a sale on it. They squeezed me in to their extremely busy day and fixed my problem. Home in time for the buyer to come. Awesome team!

They gave me estimation of repairing my car around $1900 plus for the same Canadian tire charge 950$.
They charged for inspection but didn't provide detailed overview of my car. They just gave me a piece of paper.

Friendly shuttle to and from my home, reasonable price, done within the expected timeframe

Job was done quickly, thoroughly and at a more than reasonable price. Five stars and two thumbs up!

Back in April, I bought my new-to-me truck and it came with all new brakes. After a few months, I could feel that the brakes were dragging and I watched my fuel mileage decline a lot more than it should’ve. So I nursed my truck, only driving short distances as I knew that every time the brakes became warm, they’d drag and start squealing. Also, the brake pedal would become very wooden and less responsive when they would start to drag.
I booked an appointment with Yuille and they checked the braking system and saw no flaws, and commented that the condition of the callipers, rotors and pads were in very good condition. I explained again what was happened and they dug into the brakes further and discovered that the callipers weren’t serviced properly (no grease on the pins or pad slides) when the brakes were put on back in April. They pulled them apart, cleaned and greased them up. Now my brakes are back to normal and no signs of dragging, squealing, or wooden pedal anymore! Thanks for the great work, Yuille!

I was charged for a diagnosis that couldn’t be performed as they don’t have the capacity to inspect the (CVT) transmission of my vehicle, so they didn’t provide me any new information I hadn’t already brought to them (improper shifting). I understand the time needed to do the assessment has a cost. What I don’t understand is why you wouldn’t note to your client you can’t provide any further information for that type of transmission at a) drop off or b) upon seeing you can’t diagnose issues for that type of transmission. The reason I was given is that sometimes people misreport what’s wrong with their car at drop off.

Experience is always good. They were extremely busy and had to book a second day to complete the work.

Yuille has been looking after our vehicles for years and we have never felt the need to question their advice or the quality of the service. From regular routine service to emergency repairs, they have done it all for us and we know that their expertise has saved us money. I service my new vehicles here rather than with the dealership and will continue to do so. Quick, efficient and cheerful.

Friendly I was happy they were able to plug the puncture in my tire on short notice, I kind of wish I had changed the tire myself, put the spare on and left the punctured tire because that would’ve save me probably 100 bucks, I was expecting the plug to be 15 bucks but I think I got charged to put the car up on the hoist. Live and learn I guess?
