we stopped in yesterday to look at a rav 4 however although we didn't get the SUV we originally wanted zacks auto did everything to get us a SUV that met our needs! I can say so many good enough things about zacks auto! We got our new to us car in less the 24 hours with a look over by their mechanic before it left the lot.thanks again zacks auto!

I have been trying for over a week now to get pricing on a car each time i get their automated message system day after day the same info is given to the operator with no response reviews of this dealership seemed great however I am constantly getting a run around on their live chat system price the prices of cars and the carfax before we buy that way no wasted time from the customers or dealership

I was in a time crunch to get a new vehicle but needed a truck. Zack's Auto Sales not only had exactly what I needed, it was at the easily the best price I've seen on all similar makes and models.

The staff were incredibly accomedating and professional, ensuring everything met my needs and that I knew everything they knew about the vehicle itself. They offer an amazing warranty package that covers just about anything other than basic routine maintenance (mind you even some of that is covered). To top it all off I was able to drive away with my truck that day!

As a manager in customer service myself, I appreciate the level of "white glove" service they offer. They have won me over as a customer for life and I will be making sure that anyone I know that is looking for a vehicle visits Zack's Auto Sales first.

Unfortunately the customer service was not good. A family member went there and sales person was extremely rude to him after he had travelled to see the car.

I bought my civic a year ago from zacks, it's still in great condition. Excellent service, everyone there is friendly and honest. I was not able to pick up the car myself as I worked nightshift so they had it brought to my house. Would 100% recommend buying a car here and will be going back if I ever need another one.

FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS! Remember that number. If you agree to purchase a car from Zacks, you will have a FIVE HUNDRED DOLLAR Admin fee tacked on to the number you already agreed on. They will tell you it is standard procedure. This is not true. Make sure you ask for the final cost without any HIDDEN COSTS. This will save you some money. Not only was I ripped off for this, but the car had a flat tire the next day and the battery was on its last legs. I bought out of town and had to buy a new battery local to me. Car Dealer stereotypes exist for a reason
I was also tempted with a FREE OIL CHANGE if I gave them a great review. Sleazy!

Speed of service! A1! Couldn't have made it easier to purchase a great used car. Prompt with replied and availability for drop in, test drive and purchase. All said and done within an hour altogether! Will recommend to anyone looking for a great used car!

Bad customer service & ignorant management, recommend going elsewhere where you & your sale will be appreciated. Also don't fall for their false advertisements, it's BS.
