I loved dealing with Jason P great dude easy to work with but his assistant is rude and makes mistakes. Amanda messed up the cars and I was driving without insurance thanks to her. I wish I didn’t have to deal with Amanda anymore.

Stephanie was A+ to deal with. She saved us $800 on our auto coverage switching us from TD to Economical. This savings was all on a single car with better coverage options. She has also lined up about $300 in savings for our home insurance adding significantly more coverage to our policy on that one.
As a bonus, instead of paying our policies in a lump sum she was able to offer monthly payments without any finance or interest fees.

I received an on-line insurance quote as quickly once required informations entered! It was great! And once I have decided with the quote I wanted, I was guided through steps to purchase the insurance policy. Then just have to waited ‘til next to get the application verified and approved by the agent. My agent was great, she worked quickly and answered all of my questions! The agent I dealt with, her name is Crystal (hope I spell her name right?).

So disappointed.
I wanted to switch from my previous insurance company because their rates had increased. I was quoted 1628 for the year and was told that payments could be slightly higher for the first 10 months because sometimes they get spread out over 10 months instead of 12. I was okay with that, I signed for the insurance and was given a 30 day temporary insurance until it was processed. The 30 day insurance ends on Wednesday so yesterday (friday) I called the broker and left a voice mail asking why I had not yet received the payment plan ect.
He emailed me back a copy of it. Which showed my insurance was actually 1903 spread over 10 months instead of 1628 that was on the quote I was given. Now my payments are 30$ a month more then the company I left the annual amount is more then the other company too and no one will actually speak to me on the phone just emails that go ignored. I 100% do NOT recommend this scammy company!

So helpful in finding me the best rate for my insurance. My case was a bit tricky but my broker was so patient in getting me the help I need. So glad I found them.

Rep was very good initially until I signed up. Then been slow to respond to changes. Been waiting weeks for a small change. New insurance has been active for 10 days, still have not been billed. Recommend people look into other options where customer is more of a priority.

Very quick and easy! I had insurance in less than 15 minutes! My current provider (The Personal) wanted a full application to add a car to my existing policy.

Communication was great even when I was out of the country and she worked well with the car dealership to ensure my car was ready for pick up when I returned. She's very friendly and professional. I highly recommend her.

It’s been about a week of waiting for my broker to provide me with an extension or contact for the appropriate supervisor to resolve my concerns.
At this point I am fairly unhappy and have threatened to cancel my policy and move on.

I’m going to be very honest the office staff are rude their emails are rude. They don’t care. They lied to me about my rates. They quoted me 276$ and then my insurance papers came in at 341.14 because they “couldn’t” collect 500$ up front which wasn’t even presented to me as a option I have every single email to prove it and then when my rate came out it was 332.00 when I asked why I got a snotty ignorant email back. I will not be renewing with these clowns. They lied to me to make the sale end of story and when they got called out on it they continued to be ignorant. Don’t use these people Jason and his “assistants” are nightmares.

The first gentleman I was dealing with was no help whatsoever and had no intention of listening or trying. Once I got in touch with Terry we were looked after professionally and quickly. We were very happy with the end result.
