Nothing but amazing things to say about Hamad. He's transparent, punctual, reliable and most importantly is great at his job.

He seamlessly replaced a milk laden hard drive for me in January (for significantly less than what Apple had quoted me, unsurprisingly).

Then just last week when my MacBook started repeatedly restarting randomly (then subsequently wouldn't get past the loading screen at reboot), he had a look at it for me. Hamad determined it was a software issue, unrelated to the previous hardware issue. He then fixed and returned it without even charging me within 2 business days. Absolutely deserves the consumer award I noticed stopping by today, new since January.

I found Hamad online 7 years ago and our family has been going to him ever since! All three of us have MAC computers, and our past experiences with Apple or any other MAC repair businesses have been time consuming, expensive and unpleasant.

Hamad, on the other hand, is a complete contrast and we were unexpectedly surprised with his professionalism and kindness! He responded to our inquiry right away, fixed my husband's old Macbook Pro so well that we haven't had to go back! He replaced the battery in my Macbook Air during Covid, and it is performing better than the original battery!
