Went there as a walk in and they were super attentive to getting my car in the garage asap. The owner even told some of workers to hurry up and that I am waiting. These kinds of businesses need to thrive more, unlike the other Brampton shops where they never care and damage your car.

Mr. Channi heads team of very experienced mechanics and electricians.
Best part I like is their transparency and honesty.

I had a fantastic experience at 1stop auto repair. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was top-notch. I was particularly impressed with mechanic Ashu's expertise – his work was outstanding. The owner's (Mr Channi) attentiveness added a personal touch. Purchased a used van from them and it was a great deal. They have very good customer service.

A few months ago, I got my 2000 Honda CRV 1st gen serviced here. Works involved were rust removal, dent repair and painting.

Pros: Quality workmanship. Timely finished. Reasonably Charged. Good customer service. Got an additional work done, without fuss.

Cons: Nothing specific except battery got drained and redundant as it was left without disconnecting for a week while under service.

Still I am fully satisfied with 1Stop Auto Repair Center. Especially the body repair& painting work team were very friendly, efficient and skilled in their job.

I highly recommend this Service center to prospecting customers.

They did good job on my nissan altima 2006, before it was not smooth on road they did suspension and muffler repair. I really appreciate to 1 stop shop.

Terrible customer service, continually leave customers waiting for minor things that when witnessed were previously already complete. They lie to customers about things done to the car.

Called them explained what i needed, they told me to come in and once i'm there they told me we have to book you in another day, wasted of time and gas

This place is very expensive, if you want to save your hard earned money then please do not visit this place. They charge extra $100 for everything, they will say too many lies and they are smart in it. Think thrice before visiting this place.

THESE MANAGER AT THIS SHOP TRIED TO ROB MY MONEY, BY TELLING ME I NEED TO GET ALOT OF THINGS FIXED TO DRIVE MY CAR, WHEN ALL I NEEDED WAS AN OIL CHANGE. THEY TOLD ME MY ENGINE ISNT GOOD AND HAS TO BE REPLACED. AND MY ENGINE IS GOOD AND RUNS PERFECTLY FINE. THESE TYPE OF MECHANICS TRY TO FOOL YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY. PLEASE DONT GO TO THEM!

Wish I found out about this place earlier. Mr Chani is very professional and highly experienced. Any concerns l've had with my car he has quickly helped me out in diagnosing the issues. Just had my car serviced here all 4 rotors pads and oil change, they did a wonderful job in an orderly fashion, very competitive pricing and they have a body shop and paint booth for any cosmetic needs. I'm recommending this place to everyone I know. Cheers!

The service is good and the prices are reasonable. It can get very busy so it's best to plan accordingly depending on the amount of repairs your car needs.

Sunil fixed my car. He is skilled technician. No false promises.fix issue from the root. He is truth worthy as well.

I don't even want to rate this place I waited 2 hours then was told I had to leave the car for next day no one called me back I had to call several times and each time I called I was hearing different answers as to what was wrong with my car. Very disrespectful individuals talking in there language to each other in front of me. I would never return to this place did not feel like a trust worthy place.

Excellent work, knowledgeable mechanics and very affordable. They have a great sense of Humor as well.

Worst shop every in Brampton. I went for tire change I been told 30 mins waiting time I end up wait one and half hrs, when I look at the back I say other customers driving in from the back while other caliants waiting in the office for the turns. Not organize. Never recommend.

Needed 2 tires done and thr team lead suggested the best possible price. Didn't even try and rip me off. I will be coming here for future repairs. Great service and clean organized facility. Looks like they have more than 5 bays and sell new and used tires. Well done!
