I had service done here. John and Mark are awesome guys to deal with. They take the time to explain the issues with your motorcycle and they show you the issues when and where possible. Knowledgeable staff and friendly vibes.

First of all, I never actually got any paid service from them, so I can't really comment on that. When I got my first bike, I had some issues tightening the mirrors. They being the closest shop, I went over and asked a mechanic for help. They were super friendly and helped me tighten it without any charge and even showed me how to do it myself. When it was time for my first service, I called them, but they were honest and told me that they are not BMW expert and recommended another mechanic who specializes in BMW. With my few interactions with this shop, I feel they are very honest and friendly. Not to mention, they are always busy with many bikes lined up. I'd assume they do a good job, hence the customer lineup. All in all, they have been in business for a while now, and I believe they are trustworthy.

Peter is a stand up guy, he’s been in the business for years and it shows.
I Came in for a less than routine job regarding a vintage bike. They were straight to the point; they got the job done quickly with great communication and customer service. Very knowledgable guys here!

Wow, Total Ripp off!

Not sure why they are always angry and confused but both are prevalent. They act like they are the only choice, they are not.

60$ per hour labour cost at Rosey toes motorcycle.

So angry they charged me 300 dollars to change a chain. Then when I refused they said I still had to pay for the "diagnostic" to change a chain. Dissappointing

I had my 2014 Suzuki VZ800 safety-checked by 109 Cycle this past Spring, they properly fixed my incorrect clutch adjustment and they've recently installed new front and rear tires. My bike rides like a dream and I will continue to take it into their shop to ensure it performs as required. Their pride of workmanship, industry/product knowledge and patience when dealing with new riders is absolutely top-notch! I would highly recommend you take your ride there for honest, reliable and worry-free repairs.

He never tells you how much things will cost. He make you sign on the form and will just add prices up until you cant really believe how much you just got ripped off. Oil Change $179 where everywhere is under $100,

When i asked why is it higher, They just started making BS up.

Will never come back here.

I bought a bike in Toronto and 109Cycle did the safety check. Unfortunately I had issues with arranging transport from their shop to Ottawa (I wasn't able to drive the bike from TO to Ottawa). I want to say a BIG THANK-YOU to the guys at 109Cycle for being very patient in my transportation complications and issues. Finally the bike is off their lot. Thanks for the laughs Art!

I had some issues starting my FatBoy, so I took it to 109 Cycle for the first time last week (5 kms from my house).
They diagnosed the carb, adjusted it and my 1995 Harley runs like new again….
Very happy with their positive vibe! I will definitely bring my bike there for maintenance in the future!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE, Total rip off. I spoke with Art prior to taking my bike inn and he said i could wait while he did the safety on my 2013 R6 with 4500kms. When i got there he advised me to leave my bike for the day. The following day he gave me a failed safety and asked me to pay! Then he gave me a quote for $1243, if i wanted the saftey.

The most professional, friendly, and honest motorcycle mechanics hands down!
I needed new tires, chain, bearings, and a safety certificate for my vfr 750.
Art assured me that he would take care of me and got the bike ready in less than two days.
I couldn't believe it, back to riding in no time.
From now on 109 Cycle is the only shop for my Vfr. Great job guys

I knew, just talking over the phone that I was dealing with a decent man. Took my vstar 650 in for service, Art and the team had my bike road ready in 2 days. The bike feels great. On the customer service side of the deal Art and his team were friendly and had a great vibe. Highly recommended. Also the price of the work was very good

Took my HD chopper to 109 only to be told they"don't want to work on it". You guys too high end to take a rat bike for repairs? Art, you are supposed to be the top HD mechanic in the GTA. What happened to you bro? Did you forget bout the old days? I'm a hard biker and I ride old bikes. No time for me Art? You only work on new, pristeen bikes?
Rich folks who can afford brand new bikes. Foreign bikes! But thx just the same. I found some one else who is an old school mechanic. Not like your candiass mechanics. A real mechanic!
