I went to Famous agency and bought
a ticket for traveling to Iran, I found them very helpful. Ziba is my favourite agent there, all of them are very nice and polite, but she is super supportive even after I completed my pearchec, she took lots of time to find the sute ticket for me, she is patient and I guess work with customers is the best job for her, she knew that I have stress for this travelling, so 4 hours before my flight she called me and double check every thing I need to have. This agency is trustable and I had the best experience with them. I recommend them 100 percent. They are the best in Toronto

This Travel agency is one of the most helpful agency that I have ever seen. Their employees are nice, supportive and experienced, and also help customers from A to Z.

Very poor Service, very poor Maner and not reliable. They are nice until you pay them for your ticket, the very next moment they either not answering your phone or hung up on you. Bought 2 tickets from them over 2 years, I had my partial refund from Lufthansa to them more than 4 months and they kept hanging up on me for over one year. It was another agent who helped me and said; it is over 4 months Lufthansa had paid to them. Omid made a fake e- mail on behalf of Lufthansa claimed it is not paid. They even kept hung up on me after I had proof in my hand from Lufthansa, that had paid to them. NOT RELIABLE, IRRESPONSIBLE AND VERY POOR MANER.

Very poor and unprofessional customer service. A person named Omid worked there and he didn’t want to let anyone know his last name. He was very rude and disconnected the phone on multiple occasions whenever it seemed fit without any regard for the customer. Also very poor management. THIS TRAVEL AGANCY IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANY ONE.

Very unhappy with them. Turkish Airline changed their flight schedule and asked us to reschedule whenever we want within a year. We asked Maroof, the place where we originally purchased the ticket, to reschedule this for us and they charged us 300 CAD. However, Turkish airline said it was supposed to be free. The flights of the rest of my family were done through Turkish Airline for free. After many follow-ups, they didn't accept to return our money!

Mr Omid is an absolute delight to work with. He is very knowledgable and responsive. He cares a lot about costumers. Booked with this agency a few times now. Would do so again.

Best travel agency company, we have bought tickets from this company for 6 years and they never disappoint, they always give us the best offers and they are wery friendly. They always support the customer even out of workhours.we 100% recommend them.

We had a very bad experience with this agency. Almost 1.5 year ago we booked 4 tickets through this agency with mr Varoujh. Due to the pandemic and flight cancellations our flight was canceled. As there were too many flight cancellations a delay in refunds was expected but after a while we got informed through Lufthanza airlines that our tickets were fully refunded so we called the agency for receiving our refund unfortunately they told us we haven’t received it yet unfortunately we were in this back and forth for several months after that they refunded 2 of our tickets telling us us they have received just 2 of them and again with our persistence that was frustrating 2 months later they told us they have refunded the rest of our money we checked and figured out that it was not the same amount and called them back surprisingly they told us they are not refunding the commission to us. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful so in my opinion I don’t recommend dealing with this agency at all.

Based on your employee response to us he has clearly mentioned that the agency in not refunding the commission and we did all the booking through the agency so the refund is issued completely to the agency’s account based on Lufthanza and just to mention you we did all the follow ups ourselves and not just once from the agency there were no willingness to solve our problem as your client

My family and my ticket were cancelled dut to Covid 19 booked by this travel agent. Almost a year after the Airline refunded the money in full to this agency, in full amount.
They deducted $400 from my original money paid and Fatemeh Maaroof, manager of this travel agency is not answering any of my calls. Even she is not answering my emails! THIS IS HOW THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION IS? !

One of his colleagues, Mr. Varoozh, answered my phone and said: we have operative expenses for the office and it has to be funded somehow? !

Mrs. Maaroof, I really hope that you can answer one of my calls or at least answer one of my emails sent to you and tell me a VALID REASON for this deduction? !

It is definitely poor phone customer service system. While I was asking for a tour, the agent hung up on me and never called back! It was interesting because the agent had my number. I called them back and they did the same. I realized that it was a fake advertisement of these tours then! Nothing was real! I am calling anyone with receiving same attitude to call Tico and report them. I am reporting them to Tico.

I recently got a ticket from famous travel and everything was very smooth and easy. Very porfashnal and knowledgeable. They helped me to find the right flight and the cheapest one.
