There was no wait when I arrived just before noon for X-rays. Did not have an appointment but should have made one. They were very kind and accommodated me. Technician was professional and quick but I did not feel rushed. All in all a very good experience and I will definitely return if needed in future.

Absolutely pitiful service…the front desk lady was extremely rude. Don’t bother coming here.

I will start by saying I have never in my life witnessed such disrespectful employees who work at health care facility in my life. I was in the waiting room chair observing closely how the staff dealt with a multitude of people with appointments. I was stunned to witness the level of complete disrespect towards them. Their tone of voice, attitude, and complete lack of care for people was shocking.

I also witnessed two of the employees getting into a heated argument with each other on taking a lunch break that was too long. Extremely unprofessional and embarrassing.

This is an ultrasound clinic. Staff should be much more empathic to people coming in for testing. I witnessed 2 front office workers yelling at a gentleman that was five minutes late for an appointment. I will be filing a formal complaint to head office.

Do yourself a favor and don’t come here.

You’ll regret it if you do.

Been coming here for mammograms for a number of years, and have always been treated courteously and efficiently by every member of staff I’ve interacted with. They make a not terribly pleasant process as pleasant as possible.

If you want to have your appointments cancelled without notice or be treated like garbage by the receptionists and technicians, this is the place for you.

Paula was wonderful! I arrived for my appointment in the middle of the Rogers outage! I was late and frazzled, forgot my mask, had an expired health card with a renewal print out, and forgot my requisition! Paula saw how much was going on in my life and how stressed I was and squeezed me in, 30 minutes late by now! I got my mammogram done, went upstairs to my doctors office to get a reprint of my requisition and brought it back down to Paula who smiled and was so happy to see the relief of my face. Thanks!

I got x-rays and an ultrasound done and after 10 days they still didn't have the results to fax to my doctor. Worse, I called to inquire about my results on my cell phone. After 10+ minutes of being on hold, I decided to call from my landline (while still remaining on hold on my cell). I only had to wait 2 minutes to finally get a live person on the phone-the same person who put me on hold the first time for more than 10 minutes! I finally was transferred to the manager and she said that there was a technical problem and that she needed to contact the IT person and I'd have to wait up to 3 or 4 more days before the results would be available (so 2 weeks from the time I did the x-rays/ultrasound). Needless to say, this is a very unprofessional organization and I would recommend you find another diagnostic centre. You're wasting your time coming to this one.
