It is obvious that Robin is well versed in the making of a will. It can be quite complicated and she is very careful with all the details. You feel that Robin has an intimate understanding of your situation and has asked all of the crucial questions.

Thinking about your will is neither easy nor straightforward. However, Robin guided me through this process seamlessly and thoughtfully. She posed thought-provoking questions and scenarios, and then helped me work through certain parts of my will in a patient, thorough and understanding way. My husband and I just completed making our first will. Robin was extremely helpful to us as we really had no idea on how to go about things. She is very professional but at the same time made us both feel very comfortable and she had great patience explaining the legal terms we didn't understand.
