The worst management ever! The ladies in the office are so rude. They dont help out tenants with their issues and requests! I lost my fob and have been asking them to give me a new one for a few weeks! They have been giving me hard time and today they said they would call 911 on me because Im asking for my rights. The manager came to the door trying to lock the door and not letting me out! This is the worst experience I ever had in Canada! These old ladies in the office are so mean! I think its time for them to retire! I dont think they like their job anymore!

Very very rude and disgusting management that I have ever dealt with. They don’t care about tenants, they only wants your money. I would never ever recommend anyone to live here.

Avoid it at any cost! The lady in the manegment office is the most disrespectful and rude person I have ever met in my entire life. If the company cared even a little bit about the tanents or the image of the company, she would not be there. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at any cost!

The landscaping here has been great recently. Definitely one of the better places I've lived at.

Patricia Sherlock is rude disrespectful and extremely unhelpful. When you can reach her, which is not often. The fact that she is still the property manager just shows how awful this company really is. Most of the people working in the management office are also useless. Requests and any other communication with them takes too long and too many times they ask you to re-submit because “they have no record of it. ” They drag their feet on repairs and although the superintendents are actually quite great the front office is awful.

There are extensive renovations which is fine, but they are only being done because the city twisted their arm into it as too many things in their buildings were falling apart. In apartments however, improvement is non existent for current renters. The kitchen cabinets are ancient, the bathrooms are bad too. If you’ve lived in one of their buildings for a while you’re stuck. Also in the case your situation changes and you need a smaller apartment, that’s a no-can-do. They do not allow a transfer to a smaller apartment. They will let you transfer to a bigger one but they make you take it as-is and do not do any improvements they have been doing on all new ones. The apartment prices are absolutely unreasonable now, so those of us who have lived here a while and pay a lot less, are basically being ignored. Can’t help but think it’s because they’d love to have us out of here so they can rent these places out for three to four hundred dollars more. I was glad to leave. Good luck to anyone who chooses to live here.

If you have any sense of dignity - do not stay here. Where does one even begin with describing the chaos that is 14 Carluke Crescent? The management is one of the worst out there. So incompetent, hard to reach and frankly power trippers. Although they have done renovations, it’s after they were forced by the city to do so. Even then, it’s unfortunate that the design leaves much to be desired. It’s dark and reminiscent of the olden days - it sure made staying in because of the pandemic more dreary.

If you’re thinking of staying here, I would highly discourage you to do so. There are so many other better places out there with management that’s willing to put in the work to help the residents instead of being self-serving. If only we’re allowed to give 0 stars, I would’ve done so without hesitation.

I would recommend to anyone that has dental issues to come here. The service is remarkable from all staff! Thank you for making me smile again:)

If you have any self respect, please do not rent here. I've lived here for over 10 years, and the amount of incompetence is just pathetic. It's always minor stuff, but it shows how little the management of the building cares about it's tenants. The building's staff is fine, however, the management office is staffed by the two of the most unpleasant women I have ever met. Rude, slow, and completely unhelpful. I repeat, do not rent from these people, do not trust them, do not do any business with them. I'd love for the "owner" to reply to THIS review.

Never rent a apartment in this building

Pool is not open to renters, they rented it or sold it to a third party which charges you extra to use it, activity which I consider immoral taking into account they advertise the pool as available for tenants. Other than that it's good
